I recently graduated with my Bachelor’s
I recently graduated with my Bachelor’s of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies. I never had a problem with the university itself. The representatives were professional and responsive. They took care of things immediately such as my Chapter 35 unlike the brick and mortar school I attended before. The classes were awesome and allow someone like me, who has two children and a job, to attend online school without mandatory logins or lectures. They allowed previous credits to transfer from a college I attended back in 2009. They also allow you to test out of general classes using CLEP, Sophia, study.com, straight line and other testing out companies which saves you money and time. You don’t have to pay for e-books which also saves money. I also received a military discount for my tuition. I attended the in-person graduation commencement at Gaylord Resort and it was one of best graduation ceremonies I ever seen. Plus they throw a pre-graduation party the day before and it was so fun! Overall, I enjoyed my experience at AMU which is part of the APUS. It’s not a prestigious university but it gives you the glorified piece of paper to get the job you want.
