In the 20 Years I've been in commercial real estate, this is the worst CRM I've ever used! I've had it for two years. I will be switching at the end of this year. My experience includes losing data in the first six months of use due to a conflict with an older office suite i had, then losing data due to Google Chrome use and I was advised to use Firefox, to this day I have issues with syncing with Outlook and data being lost. The platform is entirely too complex. Worst of all, the process with customer support was a trial and error process, they got back to me in a timely manner, but they really had no answers for me for the issues I had and we had to recreate each issue to find potential solutions.
