Bad experience with this company, I purchased a $25 premium certificate on 10/7/25 after about 5 days I got the ok, unfortunately not even a month and it was revoked, then on 12/07/25 I bought the certificate again with a discount for $20 on 12/15/25 I got the certificate, too bad that after only 2 days it was revoked, I wrote emails to ask for a solution, but it seems that they have an automatic responder because the response was always the same, even though my emails were different as per the request.

Blaming AppTesters for this situation is not justified. We did not revoke your certificate, Apple did. We do not own or control Apple Developer accounts; Apple alone decides when a certificate is revoked. In this case, the revocation happened because the installation instructions were not followed correctly. That resulted in your certificate being revoked, not ours. When we asked for your order details so we could properly investigate and assist, you refused to share them. Without basic order information, we simply cannot help. Leaving a negative review while simultaneously demanding a free replacement is not reasonable. If you want support, cooperation is required. Your emails were different but the solution is same, so how can we give you different answers? We are always willing to help genuine customers but responsibility and transparency matter.

Dreadful service. My cert got revoked over a month ago, I was apparently 4000-ish in the queue. Ive barely moved 1000 places. The revoke protection is worthless if it takes them 8 months to actually reissue your cert. Having a cert was nice for the month it worked, I’d recommend getting a cert for sure, just not from here Edit: unclear if it’s retaliation or just a rubbish system but I’ve somehow now dropped to 4500-ish in the queue, and thus I’ve dropped another star. What a crook Also, love the customer blaming for completely fabricated bs manpreet. Stay classy

Edit: You will not be given certificate anymore. You can give 0 stars if you want. Blaming AppTesters for this situation is not justified. We did not revoke your certificate, Apple did. Just an advice for future buyers don’t buy. Bought twice both revoked still revoked in a month twice both premium yes they will say apple revokes we don’t bla bla you are in line 3000 bla bla. Not worth it don’t want to name anyone but there are better services available.

This review is factually incorrect. Your first certificate was purchased on 2024-10-05, and it was revoked after one full year, which is the normal lifecycle when Apple revokes accounts not “within a month” as stated. Regarding the “3000 queue” comment: When a user selects any queue option, they are automatically moved to the front of the line at no extra cost to receive their certificate faster. This is clearly explained, but it seems there was a misunderstanding on your side. We always provide transparent information about Apple’s revocation policies. Thanks

worse service ever. you will wait for their certificates for days to weeks, randomly get revoked. i do NOT recommend them. if you don't believe me read the last 4-5 reviews. My certificate was purchased on 11/12/2025, today is 11/27/2025, still no certificate, all I get from app testers.org, sorry everyone got revoked, sorry trying to figure out another system, sorry another 4 days, also ordered another iPhone never received certified because all got revoked before it was added, no refunds, no certificate and it’s been almost a month. Please read others review because they’re true.

The revocations are not our responsibility, as we do not control them. The email you sent clearly stated that the process can take additional time. While you expressed a desire to see a four-day timeline, you neglected to read the subsequent sentence. Consequently, you have only focused on the information you desired to see.

The owner is a thief and a scammer. He has been called out several times on Reddit. Just search for manpreet Reddit. Avoid this and run like hell. Do a charge back if he scams you. Avoid criminals, stealing is all they know how to do.

Based on your username, the wording you used, and the review history shown here, this appears to be a fake review. Thank you.

Delivered my cert after 7-8 days. Got revoked 4 days later. Should wait now for 8 months for new cert xD initiated a chargeback with mastercard. Avoid AppTesters!

You seem to have misunderstood how AppTesters works. Certificates are issued by Apple, not by us, and Apple is solely responsible for revoking developer accounts. Also I’m also not sure where your ‘8-month’ calculation came from, as many users who were affected have already received their replacement certificates. Additionally, you haven’t provided any information to verify whether you are an actual customer. Thank you.

Not worth it bought 25 usd lifetime and got revoked after 13 months was put on 3300 users wait line they processed 330 in 1 month roughly thus u have to wait minimum 6 months if not even 8 and by then when you get it it might be revoked in 1 month and you will have to wait another 8 months. So the math is not there its better to buy 4-6$ ones for 1 year if it gets revoked just buy another one so you can spend your 25 usd multiple times 5 revokes total.

The information you’ve shared is not accurate, so let me clarify how it works: You need to select Standard Processing in order to be moved to the top of the queue. This is clearly explained in the instructions, which were unfortunately not followed in your case. Because of this, your review is based on an incorrect understanding of the process.
