AppTestersReviews of apptesters.org

No des tu correo personal. En cuanto se lo des comenzarás a recibir spam casi todos los días! No son de fiar. Mi certificado Platinum expiró al poco tiempo y no me quieren dar uno nuevo, quieren que vuelva a pagar. Estafadores

I purchased lifetime plan and was revoked years ago now and still haven’t received a new certificate. I haven’t even moved in the queue one single place. They just want you to buy a new one and steal you money!!! NEVER buy from manpreet the scammer

Cert got revoked was on the lifetime Plan, told to wait in queue waited for nearly a year then to be told I need to pay again. Would never use these guys again. AVOID !!!

Certificate revoked within 2 weeks. I have been in a queue for a replacement for almost 7 months now. Genuinely one of the worst service providers.

APPTESTERS IS A SCAM — DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I had an extremely negative experience with AppTesters. After I paid, they never delivered the certificate. When I submitted a complaint and posted a negative review, they stopped processing my order and told me to remove the review, otherwise they would not issue the certificate. I trusted them and deleted it, expecting them to continue processing my order. After I removed the review, they simply stopped responding to my messages. I still have not received the certificate or any proper assistance. They took my money, pressured me into deleting my complaint, promised to continue the process, and then completely ignored me. I have screenshots of the correspondence and proof of payment. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend staying away from AppTesters. You may end up losing both your money and your certificate.

Didn't like this service, they revoke my license even after ask with time to the renew and never gave you a new one. i spend months with "support" trying to solve this and the only thing that i got was excuses. Reddit is filled on the same cases it seams they change something and turned they service arround... Edit: After my review they marked my review as defamatory content lol say alot of my experience with them... Edit2: after my review and edit they delete both support chats that o had, after mark my review as difamtory lol i had video of all the chat since november 2025 till today, all your excuses...

My cert got revoked 3 times within a single year. First time, it took 4 months to get a replacement. Second time, it took 2 months and third time, it was revoked in October 2025 and I still did not get a replacement to date (June 2026) When I said that “I’m glad I moved to a different provider on my new device” the guy banned me from his telegram channel. lol

I purchased a premium version for 2 devices. They worked for like 2 months. After that both stopped working. I tried to wait 2 months without success to receive a replacements because their policy is “LIFETIME”. If you have a problem, they’ll replace it for you. If you want to have a faster access, you can pay (I did for one device but they still didn’t process my device). I then purchased another premium certificate. Still no response and in the Akentis app it says in all my certificate awaiting enrollment and processing. Now it passed 6 months. They answered me when I replied an email ad from them, but after telling what ID were still in processing, they ghosted me. Again. Totally a scam. I didn’t use Telegram, like other people and I contacted them only via official ways, like the site, the email and in their Akentis app. I tried to search on the website links for the support, the chat is non existent or randomly answers, via web and akentis. I found a link for support in the site that redirects to a certain Manpret personal website but the link is broken.
