I recently received my order with Biotin, my concern is it looks totally different from the Biotin l have had in the past. How do I know what it really is? Different size, different color. I am not comfortable taking these.

Would have liked to use Approved…TIME WASTED
Would have liked to use Approved science product but shipping department changed my address 2 times and you can imagine the mess that made. Requested my money back.

The order arrived at least one day…
The order arrived at least one day later than I expected and I was out of town for five days when it arrived. I paid for expedited shipping. That is an unsatisfactory answer. You should clearly state on your website an order placed that day won’t ship until the next day. In addition, if shipped on Monday a second day makes it Tuesday when the order should have been delivered not Wednesday. Come on. Just apologize and admit you didn’t meet expectations that you set on your website.

Great product
I have used this product for several years now and my toenail is finally approaching normal. I've tried everything, including over a year of laser treatments via a podiatrist. Delivery is always within a few days.

I recently did knee replacement…
I recently did knee replacement surgery. I used the bruise cream and it really does work. The bruising is almost gone and the swelling minimal.
