Is this even a real company? They’ve taken my money and 6 weeks later - no product. All attempts at contact are met with the same response - sending me a CONTACT SELLER url link that has expired. Are they a genuine company? Or just thieves?

Wish I read the other reviews before ordering. Never ordering from a Facebook advert ever again. As others have said, goods don't arrive. My tracking shows it left the US 6 weeks ago and is now in "London" but shows an Aberdeen post code. When I emailed asking where my goods are, the sent me a tracking link that showed it was coming from China, so obviously it is a scam and even the tracker is fake.

Sadly, I am yet another customer who has been taken in by this scam! I ordered three magnetic chess games on 15th October. The company advertised on Facebook and I went to their website, which appeared genuine. Unfortunately my suspicions arose almost immediately when checking my bank account to find that more money than the orders' value had been taken. I immediately contacted them asking for a full refund as was concerned it was a scam. Apparently this was not possible, and I was sent various links in an email. I refused to click any links as didn't want to risk further scamming. I received a number of 'shipping' updates, but again felt these were not genuine. My 'parcel' has now been in Birmingham since 12 November, with no further updates. On contacting Appreciablet all I receive is badly written responses "thanking me for my kindness and patience" and asserting that my package is on its way. I have asked again for a full refund but apparently this is not possible as the items have been shipped. I do not believe the items actually exist, and this company is a fraudulent scam.

UK buyers beware. I’m writing off my purchase now. I purchased a magnetic chess game online. First alarm bell was that despite saying a UK based company in the ad, my order was being shipped from USA. Now 3 months on despite repeated requests for either a refund or evidence of goods, which evidently are “stuck in Cardiff” no goods. Lesson learned be more thorough in your checks. This company is a scam , I ordered a magnetic chess game from you 38 days ago , Still no delivery, costumer service is terrible, have been told my order arrived in uk weeks ago, no updates and no order . According to trustpilot hundreds of other customers have been saying the same thing. Appalling!!

SCAM!! Avoid this bunch of criminals. False tracking information. Like other people I received a handful of emails with tracking - last one a fortnight ago telling me my item was with a courier in Oxford. Nothing since. No response. Six weeks since I ordered. SCUM!!
