Same experience as most below for bird coasters, items arrived dirty and of very poor quality- unusable and company saying they sent the correct item and ignoring request for refund

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Saw some cool looking coasters on Instagram and bought them as a gift but they are AWFUL quality, tatty, damaged and now reading below likely not to get a refund by the sounds of it :(

I have had exactly the same experience of buying the bird pun coasters. I have complained and sent photographs but the company refuse to do anything about it. Awful. Don't buy from this company!

Coasters are terrible quality, edges are scuffed, print of birds is blurred and there are dirty marks on the back. Don't bother with this company, returns are impossible.

Only giving 1 because I can't give 0! Cheap nasty products. Ordered some coasters - they are an awful quality, smell of burnt plastic, have burnt edges and are flimsy. I wouldn't even use them let alone give them as a gift. They have refused a refund as they say they have sent the right item - but they are awful. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

SCAM - I ordered with free shipping £20.67 got conformation of payment as so. Then bank showed £24.80 was deducted and another email came from them confirming £24.80.

No email with confirmation of order, now I can't log in saying my email isn't registered even though I have received an email telling me I can get 15% off my next order. Plus my order was supposed to arrive Wednesday and have recieved nothing. Dont waste your money on this website. AVOID!
