Like many others, I ordered the magnetic chess x 2. I paid £14.99 each plus VAT. Took many weeks to arrive but when it did it was not the set shown on the Facebook adverts or as shown on the front of the box. The magnets weren't chunks, they are like coins with hardly any magnetism whatsoever, not even strong enough to play the game. I complained multiple times to no avail so I'm currently going through PayPal for a refund. Its absolutely disgusting that this company is allowed to operate and to get away with sending fake or substandard goods. I have since found a "proper" version from a well known selling app and at only 1/3 of the price. These adverts are scams, DO NOT BUY.

I ordered a gift on the 15th October and it hasn’t arrived. Tracking shows it hat it is in a distribution centre in Cambridge. They refuse to give me a refund as the item is in transit but cannot give me a date when I will revive the goods as they ‘can’t control the logistics speed’. I don’t believe I will ever receive the goods I ordered or get a refund. I have been waiting over 2 months for the goods and don’t believe it is unreasonable to ask for a refund.

What a disappointment. Firstly I placed my order for the magnetic chess game on November 9th and it didn’t arrive until Dec 16. When it arrived, the packaging looked cheap and the game didn’t even appear to fit in the box because it was bulging open. Since it was a gift I figured I’d just put it in a nicer box, but upon opening it I realised it was just a handful of magnets and a piece of yellow string. I paid £14.99 + shipping for magnets and string!! I’m too embarrassed to give this as a gift and feel completely ripped off. I definitely do not recommend and wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

Biggest Scam ever

Appalling. The company thinks it is communicating but says nothing meaningful or helpful. Will never use again. Disgusted

I ordered a game for my sons Christmas at the start of October and I’m still chasing up delivery. Keep getting told I’ll get an update. Do not buy from this company

Like others have said..... Magnetic chess game looks nothing like advertised!! Took ages to arrive as well. Wish I'd read the reviews before I bought!!

Do not purchase with this company!! Purchased something which is available for 1/5 of the price elsewhere!! When I raised this and asked for a refund, within 4 minutes of placing the order, I was told they would not cancel my order or offer a refund. Disgraceful. Also VAT was added after checkout so the item was even more expensive than I originally realised.
