Account Suspension, Fraud Allegations, and Lack of Support
As a long-time user of AppLovin, I am disappointed to share my recent experience, which has left me frustrated and concerned about the integrity of the platform. My account was suspended with allegations of fraudulent activity, and I had over $6000 in my account. The issue began when I received a notification about a change in multi-factor authentication that I did not request and that was 4 days after my account had been suspended. Immediately, I reached out to AppLovin support for assistance, but despite multiple attempts, I have not received any response. This lack of support has left me feeling helpless and uncertain about the status of my account and funds. As I reviewed AppLovin's terms of service, I am not aware of any violations on my part that would justify the account suspension. This has led me to suspect that someone within the company may have attempted to fraudulently take my money, resulting in the alleged internal job. I have repeatedly requested a thorough investigation into the matter, but AppLovin has yet to provide any explanation or resolution. This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning, especially considering the significant balance in my account. As a loyal user of AppLovin's services, I expected better customer support and security measures. However, my experience has left me questioning the integrity of the platform and the handling of user accounts. The lack of responsiveness from AppLovin support and the alleged fraudulent activity has caused me significant distress and uncertainty about the fate of my funds. In conclusion, my recent experience with AppLovin, including my account suspension with allegations of fraudulent activity and suspected internal job, has been deeply troubling. The lack of support and transparency from AppLovin has left me disappointed and concerned about the security of my account and funds. I hope that AppLovin takes prompt action to resolve this issue and regain the trust of its users.
