The team at Applied Ergonomics are amazing! They really know their stuff about equipment and are very willing to help people. Their website is easy to use and the products are HIGH QUALITY. It's great that only "vetted" products are listed so you know what you are getting is good. If you have office equipment needs... look no further than Applied Ergonomics!

Good follow-up customer service.

Terrific support from helping me identify my needs, matching me with the right solutions at every step! Also great customer service!

AppliedErgonomics was friendly and quickly responded to my inquiries about the Hag Capiso chair. They made sure I was confident with my purchase and were transparent in the ordering and return process. They even updated me on my shipping information and when I could expect my order. Outstanding customer service.

Applied Ergonomics was just great to work with and shipped my order right away.

I worked with DJ to purchase a desk chair for my home office. Although this was a tiny purchase relative to those of more typical corporate clients, the service I received was outstanding. DJ answered all my questions about the Trendway sketch, and he sent me sample swatches of the different leather options. Once the order was submitted, he gave me an accurate estimate of when the chair would arrive, and he alerted me just before it was scheduled to be delivered. Unfortunately, when the chair arrived there was a problem with its back adjustment. When I alerted DJ about this he immediately arranged to have a replacement chair back sent to me, and he later followed up to make sure that the problem had been corrected. Based on this experience, I am happy to give Applied Ergonomics my highest recommendation. I would also give a high recommendation to the Trendway Sketch desk chair.
