Appliances of AmericaReviews of appliancesofamerica.com

I was looking for a new Weber grill and came across Appliances of America website. Their prices beat places like Amazon and they had an excellent selection. Ordering was easy and I had great customer service follow up from Billy. Billy ensured my order was shipped timely and he followed up to make sure I had received it and everything was in order. Thanks Appliances of America!!

Over memorial day weekend we decided to purchase a new refrigerator. We did some background checks with consumer reports and customer reviews, and found a fridge that would work for us. We went around to many retail stores all stores were consistant with prices. Buying a big item like this we wanted to make sure we checked out all our options before deciding where to buy the fridge. After going from store to store we decided to look online. Through our online search we found Appliances of America. Appliances of America had by far the best deal on the fridge were wanted. We ended up saving a couple hundred dollars and the customer service review was excellent which was a big selling factor for us. I have been in contact with Appliance of American and their sales representative Billy Jackson. Billy was a great help and answered all of my questions. He was very charming and a pleasure to talk to on the phone. When the time comes to order more appliances I will be calling up Billy at Appliances of America. Thank you Billy Jack, you are a ROCK STAR A very satisfied costumer, Tara Grover

After ordering 3 appliances online from Appliances of America, I decided a couple of days afterwards to contact the company to confirm that they would be able to deliver my purchases to our small town in California. I spoke with the friendly Billy "Jack" and he said that the items would be delivered to L.A.. I told him I didn't have a trailer to pick up the items and he kindly released me from my commitment. Billy was very professional and obviously enjoys taking the time to give great customer service.

I've lived enough life to know that we all make mistakes. I've also learned that making the mistake isn't what's important but how we handle fixing it tells a much more important story. Appliances of America and I got off to a bit of a rocky start because my order got caught in "you live in a remote area" limbo. The order wasn't fully processed because shipping would have cost significantly more than quoted (which was free) because we don't get trucks in our area very often and no one contacted me about it; the order just stalled. So after getting no response via email (I later found out it was a holiday time for them), I called. I voiced my complaint that three weeks after placing the order, I had heard nothing of my stove and the website just said that my order was being processed. Not much help. That's where handling a mistake well comes into play. Everyone who owns a business should take lessons from Appliances of America on how to deal with sticky situations and unhappy customers. The person I talked to was kind, gracious, thoughtful and best of all, made me want to buy ALL my appliances from them! To turn an unhappy customer into a die-hard customer is a difficult thing to do and Appliances of America did just that. You won't find a more responsive business anywhere and I can't recommend them highly enough. I very much look forward to dealing with them again. Thank you!

A week ahead of schedule delivered and the best price. I would recommend Appliances of America and Billy to anyone

AppliancesOfAmerica.com were great to work with. They very helpful and flexible in setting up my delivery date and time. Bottom line, I'd work with them again and recc. to a friend.

The Good: The overall price is low. And customer follow up with their service department is good to go. The Bad: It does take a while (little over a month) to get the product. They did a follow up call about a month after delivery and was offered a extended warranty on the product. This makes up for some of the frustration of waiting- so I will change my "stars" to 5.

In my search for a new refrigerator to go in my family's new home I found that appliancesofamerica had the one we wanted for at least 400 bucks less than anyone else. I promptly purchased it and called their number to see if it could be delivered on a specific day since we were moving to a new home. I spoke with Billy and he explained the process and that it would be an extra fee to specify delivery date. This makes sense and the total price is still well below the other companies. Ultimately, i couldn't get the fridge delivered in the 2 day window required. I called Billy, who can't speed up the shipment of course, but he tried everything he could to make it right. He was willing to drop the delivery charge, offered a free warranty and more to try to keep my business. If it was anything besides a refrigerator i would have just waited. I needed somewhere to put my food for the move so I was forced to go to a big box store that was more expensive, but could deliver in my specific time constraint. If you want exceptional customer service and personal interaction and great prices, check this site out. I went with a different company due to time, and not money. Billy had the best price by hundreds of dollars, so definitely worth a look!
