Billy Jackson was an excellent sales person and made it fun and easy to get what I wanted. I am working on new construction in a high rise so there are a lot of conditions that exist for getting this order delivered not too early and not too late. Billy said he will personal cradle my order to delivery and let me know that he is here for me and my family and that's the way they take care of their customers so that we will do a lot more business together in furture. So far he has kept his word and this review will continue after delivery and I'm looking forward to having a new partner in all of my appliance needs for my design business. Thank you Billy!

Billy and the staff of Appliances America came through for me in a pinch. A microwave we ordered from someone else arrived damaged, Google lead me to their site, but our order needed some special handling. Called the 800# - wow, real people to help out!
