Appliances of AmericaReviews of appliancesofamerica.com

The salesman, Billy Jackson, was a huge help and made it fun and easy to get what I wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product and made the decision to order such an expensive item a breeze. Doing business with Billy felt like the way business was done 100 years ago. There is no doubt when appliances are on my needs list in the future I will use Appliances of American and specifically request to speak with Billy.

I spoke with Billy Jackson 2 days ago while I was researching my purchase. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was no pushiness whatsoever. When I decided on the range, I called Billy back this morning and again had a very positive experience. Plus I was able to get the range I wanted for almost $800 less than what it would have cost me at a big box store!

Billy at Appliances of America seemed very knowledgeable and helped me very well with my order. I received my invoice same day as promised and am confident our new microwave will arrive in about 10 days as promised. Thanks Billy (and Sean) very much!

Billy was a big help like doing business thank you

I am normally very hesitant dealing with the internet and unfamiliar places as we are brainwashed toward big box stores. However, I called AofA and my experience was stress free. I spent quite a bit of time educating myself and Sean was exceptional. He went the extra mile and the firm itself has nothing but the customers best interest. Sean told me that our washer had been damaged so instead of sending it to me and wasting time and money they offered me a full refund or a upgrade with a small price increase. Billy Jackson handled this with me on the phone. Call me old fashion but I feel one gets a better understanding in one phone call than 12 email exchanges. He spent the time explaining the situation and sensed my discomfort. He understood I was on a strict budget and helped me out with the change. When I said goodbye I felt confident in the decision. I bought 4 appliances through AoA and should recieve the fridge and cooktop this coming week followed by the w/d next week. Assuming ny to fla and no transit damage I'm very excited. Will update this upon receipt of goods.

Fridge came delivered as advertised. Good price and quick delivery. Plus, their service representative, Billy, was super nice. Highly recommended.

I received my appliance in a timely matter and I appreciate the customer service experience. I spoke to Billy several times. He was kind, respectful, and followed up on my questions quickly. I would recommend the company to others. Thank you.

Hello, Billy was instrumental in getting our order completed in a timely manner. It was my mistake with the zip code on the purchase. Billy was able to make a seamless change working with the trucking company to deliver to the correct zip code. Thank you Billy for your excellent customer service. Scott
