We knew the fridge and range models we were looking for, and AoA had the best prices anywhere. Billy Jackson at Customer service was great -- even let us delay delivery for several months while our renovation is completed. Had a slight technical glitch when trying to order -- the website was telling us we were too far away for shipping -- but Billy cleared that right up and placed the order for us over the phone.
