I was on the Appliances of America website to buy a GE gas oven and I was having a problem because the website was charging me sales tax but I don't live in NJ. I called up Sean and he helped me buy the oven along with getting the extended warranty. He was terrific and answered all of my questions. I would recommend buying here to my friends. I was in the market for a fridge and went to a large furniture promising the best prices and price matching. After doing a little research I came across Appliances of America and they beat the big furniture mart price by $300+ and offered free shipping and no tax. After talking with the big furniture mart about the price I found with Appliances of America they were unwilling to price match and I told them I will take my business elsewhere. After ordering online I was contacted by Billy about the shipping process and other details of my order. He was very informative and helpful. I only gave them 4 stars due the fact I was asked to write a review of my experience with them before my product has arrived. I was also told I would get upgraded to a two year protection plan/warranty if I wrote the review within one day of my purchase online. But hey if it gets me a two year warranty instead of a one year on a very pricey fridge why not. UPDATE: I was contacted a few days before the delivery of my new fridge and I was told if I gave them 5 stars I could be upgraded to a white glove delivery service at no charge. I had to give them the five stars while I was on the phone with them. After having my fridge plugged in for two days the compressor started making a loud buzzing sound. I contacted a service tech to come and look at it and they told me that there is a major problem with it. He suggested we contact Appliances of America to ask for a new fridge because no wants to have major repairs done on a brand new fridge. I totally agree I paid for a brand new fridge and I don't want one that already needs a major repair. I have contacted Appliances of America with the results from the service tech and waiting for their response, Hopefully they will be able to help me figure it out.

Just placed an order for a LG fridge. I really have nothing bad to say about Appliances of America. Their pricing is outstanding (15% cheaper than their competition) and their service is good also! Lead time on my LG fridge is longer than I was hoping for, but I was willing to accept that because of the price difference. Sales rep I dealt with was courteous and professional.
