First and foremost, reputable sites are hard to find, especially if that site is virtual and a physical location has never been visited. As I am an extremely wary buyer, I am hesitant to make purchases based solely off websites. However, there are always exceptions, and in this instance, it was the sheer number of positive reviews and positive experiences that had me take the chance. For Black Friday, my wife and I purchased a LG Refrigerator LFC22770SB for a fantastic price (obviously, as it was Black Friday). Soon thereafter, after Black Friday was over, I found another refrigerator that I thought would be preferable to the one we purchased. Unfortunately, my assumption only got me in trouble with my wife, who was not as happy with the switch as I thought she would be. Fortunately, I was working with Billy. In all my years purchasing appliances, I never ran across someone who provided such excellent customer service. His eagerness to help and ameliorate my somewhat precarious situation was something I was and am very grateful for. Not only was he extremely responsive to my phone calls and questions, but he was able to switch back to my original purchase at the price purchased. Not only did he honor the original price, he added on an additional service because he wanted me to leave a satisfied customer. In a world where cost-savings and the bottom-line has become the number one priority for businesses, his top-notch customer service, his eagerness to help keep me satisfied, and his ability to resolve issues without feeling like teeth were being pulled was very welcome. To keep it short, I will be coming back to Appliances of America for all future appliance purchases. Thank you Billy!

My wife and I decided we would buy a new refrigerator. We spent countless hours in all at various big box stores waiting for that lone overworked employee to get a few minutes to assist us. Then we finally decided we had enough and would try purchasing online. We accepted the fact there would be little to no customer service, but we were not getting that anyway. Even online our buying experience began to look scary. We took screenshots of the models we liked so we could compare. Within a week we made our decision and went back to those same sites. Just in that short time, prices jumped 7 to 8 hundred dollars for the same item. Must be their Xmas pricing. One site we notice the price did not change, that is Appliances of America. So we called, expecting to get the oh, our webpage pricing is incorrect, but that was not the case. What we got was a friendly voice confirming their webpage price was correct. And of course, we placed our order. We thought we were done. That next day we received a phone call from Billy. He took the time go over our order, re-confirming everything in detail. He answered every question we had about delivery, setup and warranty. Great customer service. We are recommending Appliances of America to our family and friends. Thanks Billy! Your company has definitely earned our 5 star rating.

I found the electric oven that I was looking for on Appliances of America's wbsite and knew that the listed price was too good to be true. But it is not. Speaking with Billy was a pleasure, and I apologize to those customers who had to leave a message as I monopolized his time as he was providing me with personal attention in his delivery of customer service. Billy took my order, verified the information I provided, emailed me the invoice and followed up with a confirmation call. I can not wait until the product arrives. If all goes well, I will not only be a loyal customer, but a walking advertisement as well.

Appliances of America was impressive from the start. Completely professional and customer service oriented. I bought a refrigerator, stove top, and dishwasher, and was able to save time and money. Billy made the purchase seamless, and has been in contact with me to insure my complete satisfaction. He went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. He is indeed my Santa Claus. Thanks to Billy I will have a new kitchen by Christmas.

I did a lot of research...I found this to be the cheapest prices on all apliences! If your a bargin hunter I would start here! Great customer service ad well.
