I was thinking about buying this Weber Grill on Amazon but after searching more on the web I found this Appliances of America. They have a great price and they are local. I like dealing with local store. I find they treat you better. I called today to verify that I was ordering the correct color and the customer service representative Billy was extremely helpfull. I did the right thing. I got a great price and I know exactly who I am dealing with. Didn't get the grill yet but I feel confident that I will be well taken care of if I have any problems. Thanks Billy for the awesome service. I hope to buy from you again.

Worked with Michael and Billy to purchase a new GE Refrigerator. Both were very helpful and went the extra mile to secure my business. They both were ready with almost every question I threw at them and what's better, they had the right answers! I am now waiting for delivery and after I receive my new refrigerator I will complete this opinion. I am expecting to close this experience on a high note!

Earlier today I took part in a rare, and rewarding, customer service experience with Appliances of America in the form of one Mr. Billy Jackson (a.k.a. "Billy Jack"). Speaking from some recent, frustrating interactions with another well known company, I can state with authority how much of an impact someone like that can have on a new, or returning, customer. When representatives of an organization place courtesy and professionalism above making a sale, or pushing their latest product, it says a lot about that organization, and those who represent it. Billy took special care to ensure my transaction was not only satisfactory, but memorable. He exemplifies what true customer service should be, in any industry. I stand by Appliances of America, and Billy Jack!

My experience with Appliances of America is in the early stages, but I have already felt valued as a customer. It's rare, in my opinion, to actually have a real person want to discuss an order with you and/or answer any questions one might have. I was concerned initially that speaking with someone on the phone might actually lead to some sales pressure to make a decision right then & there on the spot. I am happy to say that I did not feel pressured to make a rush decision. I have placed an order for my new range and I'm optimistic that the rest of the process will go smoothly. If all goes well, I will be a repeat customer.

After ordering online I was contacted by Billy about the shipping process and other details of my order. He was very informative and helpful. I was asked to write a review of my experience with them before my products have arrived, so I am covering the up front experience. I trust the products themselves are just as he described, which was brand new and delivered to my door. I was also told I would get upgraded to a two year protection plan/warranty, if I wrote the review within one day of receiving the link. But hey, if it gets me a two year warranty instead of a one year on a very pricey wall oven why not. It's also a great experience knowing that I am not paying very high taxes that my local stores must charge in addition to their already high prices. A of A beat the price and the tax! If the product develops a problem, I'll be back on here to warn everyone, but I think it will be just fine...

Excellent Value! Big thanks to Billy and Michael for helping us make a great choice. We just ordered a GE French Door style fridge and a GE Convection Microwave oven from A of A. Like many, we were hesitant about ordering such a large item from a company that is not so local. Then we realized - most appliance shops are making orders and shipping from the same major warehouses. After discussing our needs and concerns Billy and Michael quickly made us feel confident in a relationship of trust.
