Appliances of America had awesome deals. And friendly representatives. I was really happy with the service I got from one of the reps named Billy Jackson. Great experience doing business here

Great Website and great Service. Billy & Shawn followed up to make sure we got the right appliances at the right price. Would recommend and use again! Thank you!!

My experience with the customer service representative Billy was exceptional and I received excellent service in my needs to expedite the delivery of my kitchen range. I ordered the range and needed to reach customer service because my kitchen remodel was starting in 10 days. I reached out by email and chat and received responses in a very timely manner. Billy was very courteous and presented me with the options that I needed. My request was completed expeditiously and to my satisfaction. Excellent Customer Support from Billy!

Billy was easy to talk to and very patient and knowledgeable about the appliances I wanted to order. As I am having them delivered to a vacation condo, he was reassuring that they would show up during the time I will be there. He worked with me on the price and it ended up being less expensive than another vendor where I can get an employee discount. Billy at Appliances of America will certainly be the first person I call when I need appliances in the future!

I am very pleased to order from this company and will refer all my family and friends to a great company keep up the great work Billy.

Billy was great! The prices can't be beat! Can't wait to get my new refrigerator! Teena

I ordered my Weber grill today and the process couldn't have been better! I spoke with Billy and made the sales process a breeze. I was using several Visa and American Express gift cards and he was glad to process them, as other stores have told me it is too much of a process. Billy was eager to answer my questions and make the sale as simple as possible! The next time I need an appliance, this is going to be my first stop! I truly look forward to doing business again in the near future!!!
