Appliances of AmericaReviews of appliancesofamerica.com

I decided to buy a washing machine and decided to get it from Appliances of America. I had the pleasure of speaking to Billy. He was very professional, friendly and very helpful. He gave me a great price and I'm satisfied with his service. Looking forward to my future purchases.

Billy was nice and informative over the phone. Since I already knew which model of fridge - it definitely made it an easy sale. Plus, he had to put up with my "smart" remarks ;-) Would definitely call on Billy again!!! I'll let you know in 2 wks once I get my fridge :-)

I ordered an LG refrigerator from this company online on 03/28 and was a little leary about having something delivered from an online store much less not installed but the free shipping and the free tax and the sale price were about $450 away from my next price so i went for it. Then my local store decided to match the price but they would offer install as well, that gave me some assurance and while i would have to pay the tax i initially planned to cancel this order and go with someone i know (Best Buy). I called to cancel and i spoke with a man named Billy who was super nice and could tell i was leary of the online store, he was not going to let the sale go! He gave me the install free and with no tax i couldn't turn down the offer. My refrigerator arrived today, it's beautiful, working, installed and i couldn't be happier. THANK YOU BILLY! You did everything you told me you were going to do and then some and I am definitely going to be a return customer (don't forget i need a dishwasher still!). Friendly, polite, wants your business, above and beyond - that's what i have received so far from Bill as well as this company and is the reason i will look to them in the future for my next appliance purchase.

I just bought some appliances for my kitchen remodel from Appliances of America and their prices blow other competitors out of the water. On top of that, its free shipping and no tax to Texas. I was able to confirm my order with Billy in customer service and he answered all of my questions and concerns with the the upmost professionalism. Plus, he upgraded my delivery without my even asking. You can't beat that!

It was a good experience talking to their sale department. For the reason that the company offered a competitive price, I made my final decision purchased a LG refrigerator. It was very pleasant and comfortable talking to Billy, the leadership of the company. Right now, my appliance is on the way delivering to my home. I hope their delivery team will provide the same friendly services as their sale department did. I believe that the company friendly services will continuously make them to gain more five-start customer reviews and bring good luck to their business in the future.

You can get the same appliances from anyone these days, so what sets a company apart is the service they provide, and these guys go above & beyond! Personalized recommendations, help with financing, no question was too large or small. Ask for Billy and he'll hook you up.

I found the 48" kitchenaid stove I was buying for my kitchen remodel on sale at appliancesofamerica.com for $2500 less than other web sites or stores. Unbelievable! Ordering was seamless and Billy contacted me almost immediately to walk me through the process and the expected time until delivery. I haven't yet received it so I cannot comment on timeliness or product condition yet.

It was great talking to Billy on the phone. He convinced us that everything is great with out order and put my mind at ease about shopping online for our appliance! Are in waiting for our appliance and hope that it is as good as the customer service. Thanks Billy, for being so helpful. We ordered the top of the line Bosch dishwasher....are anxious to get it here safely.....
