I placed my order on-line and within minutes received a confirmation of order via email. After checking my status online, I called the customer service line to verify my order. The product I purchased is not available anywhere else and I was worried that even though the email said my order went through I had to double check. Billy answered my call and he was totally my hero for the day. He offered me an extended warranty, confirmed my purchase and promised me that my product is available. He was extremely friendly and professional. As long as my purchase is actually delivered and in good consisting, I will absolutely use Appliances of America again in the future.
