We have been in dying need of a new refrigerator. For the past couple days, picking the perfect refrigerator and from which company has been a tough decision, until I came across Appliances of America. I had called the customer service hotline for a quick question regarding the delivery process. In the process of doing this, I spoke to Billy, and he is the best thing to ever happen to me. Not only did he make everything crystal clear, but I also had a very fun time talking to him. Not everyday do you come across someone like Billy that is so helpful and passionate about what they do. As I was coming to a conclusion of whether I'd like to purchase from Appliances of America or not, Billy was not overwhelming nor annoying like other sales men that I've come across in my lifetime. And this is exactly what I enjoyed while working with him. Selling a refrigerator was not his main goal while having a conversation with me, nor was he annoyed or aggravated by my list of questions and concerns. As anyone else, I also was unsure of buying from this unknown website, but as I got to know the company better through many reviews, and customer satisfactions rates, I knew this was the company for me. They may be under the radar compared to other appliance companies, but I can honestly say, they are pushing to become well known and are striving to be #1 in the USA. As an honest customer, I know this company will make it far because of how different their goals are compared to other franchised companies who don't care about us (the customers) and only want our money. Overall, my experience with Appliances of America through Billy was astounding, and I will definitely come back and rely on this company along with Billy to help build my future kitchen. I hope my review was helpful to you, and I know you will receive such great customer service as I did.

I wanted to compliment the customer service dept. at Appliances of America, and in particular Billy for the really down to earth and human communication on my order. It's hard to find anything resembling customer service these days with all the automated calls and answering devices so it was a pleasure to talk with someone who cares about the result of your order, and gets everything right. As a custom home builder, we realized there was one item missing from our order right before we were ready for our new homeowner to move in. I called Customer Service in a panic and got Super Billy! I found Appliances of America by way of an online search for a Samsung range. Online ordering was easy as could be and the price was fantastic. I then received several very kind emails from Jessica. Shortly after I was contacted by Billy to finalize the shipping details. He was awesome, kind, and fun to work with. Okay, stop the car. I mean it, stop driving all around town to big box stores looking for the best deal, an honest salesman, and good experience when buying an appliance. Who's got the time? Especially when everything you need is right here at Appliances of America. I'm serious, folks. You want to be treated with respect before you hand over your hard-earned money? Then just give the fine people - Billy, Jessica, and the gang - a call and put all your time-consuming appliance research to rest. Really, it's like calling a long, lost relative only more fun. Billy even reminded me of their upcoming appearance on Tiny House Nation on FYI, (May 25th?). Off tangent, I know, but that's the kind of conversation you'll get from these folks. Oddly, a good friend of mine had recently built a tiny house so we had a lot of fun talking. Oh, and don't forget you'll get the best price, free shipping, and rock solid delivery with your purchase.
