Ordered a electric range oven from this place at 12/2015, The website shows the item is available all the time, Delivery time is suggested for 15 to 20 days, My delivery has been delayed few times, finally the delivery date is confirmed two months later but, broke promise again. I don't trust this company any more and cancelled my order. You can open a account at this web but, you can not log in your own account, the only way is phone call, You make a call to sales or to service you will talk to the same person the only one person and 30% chance you get a recorded message. This must be a one person operated business. Many other review from different site say to this place use one word: Fake !

Fake Company
This is not a real company! It is fake! The phone has been disconnected, and the address is not real. They take you Credit Card and charge it to a paypal account. Billy tried to get me to fill out a survey the day I bought the items. I told him I would fill it out once I get the items. Well that was over 2 months ago, and now I am stuck with over a $3600 dollar bill. I have left several emails and tried to call. I have filled out a complaint to the FTC and would suggest anybody else who got scammed by this company. Trust me this company is fake, fake, fake!!

Appliances of America is a disgrace to America.
I ordered a replacement oven from this company on 12/11/15. Late December, I called and spoke to Billy Jackson. He told me that the shipment from the west coast was coming to there location, on the east coast, at the end of January. If you read other reviews, this seems to be a common lie from the company to explain the delays. Billy told me that after receiving the shipment I should receive my oven early February. It is now March, and going on 3 months since I placed my initial order, and I still have not received my oven. This company is terrible! You will never be given any information/updates from them. You will have to endlessly call and email for any updates on where and when your order will be fulfilled. The sad reality is that this information is most likely all lies themselves because the dates Billy gave me didn't happen anyways. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They should not be in business. I personally think that the people who operate this company should be incarcerated for fraud. I'm sharing my experiences dealing with them in hope that no other person is ever placed in this same trap. Appliances of America is a sham and you should avoid them at all costs. There are way to many other companies to buy from to not take the word of the growing negative reviews of this company. I only wish I would have read more of them myself. You have been warned. Stay away from this disgraceful company. They should be forced to to remove "America" from their company's name because they are the furthest thing from truly being anything American. I expect better and so should everyone else.

Good reviews are deceiving. Delayed shipping.
Ordered washer & dryer on 6/7/15. I received my order on 6/30/2015. After speaking to customer service at least 10 times. They only responded after originally posting a bad review. They requested to me to take down the bad review in return for extended factory warranty for an year. They also agreed for a price match with home depot. Over the next few months I exchanged emails with the customer agent for the price match refund amount. He told me that the check will be mailed to me in a month and that did not happen until now.

Questionable at best
I placed a $1694 order on 12-7-15 based on the great reviews I read on a few review sites. Communication was almost non-existent, and despite numerous attempts to phone the company, I was unable to contact them about the status of my order. I finally heard from a representative, on 12-17-15 who stated my order was going to be shipping soon from the West Coast, to them, and then back to me....on the West Coast. I asked for them to cancel my order because of different reviews I read, and a timeline they were not going to meet. They agreed to cancel and refund the whole payment. The rep stated it would take up to 15 days to refund my payment back to my credit card. I wasn't happy, but agreed to that timeframe. Well, I received an email on day 11 that stated they needed an additional 8 days (past the 15) to process my refund. No....it doesn't take that long to process, and now my fears of being another "never refunded customer like others I read about" was becoming more real. Communication from this company is almost impossible and good luck getting them to answer the phone. I just want to finish my kitchen and get back MY money that they agreed (in writing) to refund. Delays, excuses, and promises seem to be the norm for Appliances of America based on my interaction. If something is too good to be true....be scared. I know this review may be questioned and denied, and I will be happy to provide any supporting information required.
Update: Never heard back from this company like they stated they would. So, filed a dispute with my credit card company on 1-4-16.

Believe this Company & Website is a Scam
DON'T TRUST THEM!! I ordered a Samsung Refrigerator & Dishwasher from AofA in December and was told the order had been placed and it would take 4 weeks to receive it because they were coming from California. After the order was placed they contacted me and asked me if I would write a good review for them and if I did they would throw in white glove delivery that costs $150. I figured "why not?!" My credit card was charged $3088 as BRANSCONE.
It has been over 8 weeks and haven't received the items or any notifications from App. Of America. I tried to contact them about this and haven't been able to reach anyone. I searched the address that they give for the company location on Google maps and it comes up as a Burger King.
As a result of this I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge and they are currently investigating this. I believe Appliances of America is a fraudulent company and they are running some type of scam.
You will also see my 5 star review on this list of reviews and I am trying to find out if it can be removed!

Stay Away from Appliances of America
Do not order from this company! I ordered a refrigerator on September 9th and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive it. I thought that was a bit long, but I went along with it anyway. Once 8 weeks passed, I realized the refrigerator never shipped! I started research on this company and realized they were not a place I should have done business with. After multiple calls, I finally connected with a customer service person who said it wouldn't ship for another 4 weeks. I said I would like a refund. After advocating to open a case with my credit card company, which I declined since I felt it was their responsibility to refund the money, he agreed. The order was canceled and I was told I would receive a refund in 15 days. As expected, I never received the refund and opened a fraud case with my credit company. I am now awaiting resolution of the case. Avoid them at all costs unless you want the headache of chasing down your payment. I would give a zero rating, if that were an option.

Promised everything and got nothing.
Price was good but no appliances ever showed up! Never got a update stating appliances were being shipped or anything as promised. Still waiting on a refund. Have disputed charge on my credit card. Also seller disputed my review on here claiming he had no record of me as a customer. I had to send a copy of my invoice to trust pilot to prove I was a customer.Once he billed my credit card. He was done with my order. He asked me to review him right after I placed my order, How can I review with out even receiving the product? BBB has an alert on Appliances of America as well and rates this company a F.
