We have been without a refrigerator for almost a month. We've been looking around for a specific model, and they're all out of stock in local stores. Not only that, but they had the model we wanted on sale. Thank you to Billy for being great on the phone and helping us find and get what we need! Time to get our lives back on track.

The salesman Billy was extremely helpful and funny. Made my buying experience a pleasure (which is rare for me!). Appliances of America had the product I was looking (Weber Genesis EP-310 Gas Grill - Natural Gas - Black) for at a really good price & purchase was hassle free. It just doesn't get any better than that. Now looking forward to receiving it.

Just needed to confirm a couple of things with my LG fridge order and was so impressed I ended up purchasing a Bosch dishwasher. Amazing costumer service! Billy sounded more like an old friend than a complete stranger. Thanks guys!

Well, my nagging wife won again. I purchased a fridge from AOA. Our 10 year old fridge was sweating some water every week so she kept nagging me to buy a new one. After doing some research online I decided to go for an LG french door counter depth fridge without the ice and water dispenser on the front. Me being a bargain hunter, I decided to shop around online. Along with AJ madison, ABT and other online appliance stores I came across AOA. Never heard of them before but read some pretty darn good reviews especially about Billy. Since I live in NY there was no sales tax and with free shipping I decided to call and haggle a little. I spoke to Billy and was able to negotiate the asking price and got a good deal for the fridge and a 5 year warranty. Billy was patient and pleasant to talk to, heck if I wasn't married I would marry Billy! Call him, he'll give you tender loving care without the nagging! I can't wait to get my fridge. It should look great in our kitchen. Now I just have to wait for our dishwasher to break down so I have an excuse to call Billy again Lol. By the way this review should be one of the best out there, so maybe Billy can give me a deeper discount on my next purchase : ).

I just had the pleasure of speaking to a representitive named Billy Jackson from Appliances of America. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me a great kick start for a Monday with his happy demeanor. Love doing business with people like this.

We went with Appliances of America because the prices couldn't be beat. The lead time is a bit longer but we didn't care because we weren't in a huge rush. When the appliances we ordered arrived, we found a problem with one after the drivers left. I called the number and after the automated voice said to hold on, Billy S came on the phone. I was surprised because he is the voice of the automated message. Anyway, we had a great conversation and got everything resolved. So, great prices and great service.
