To Whom It May Concern, I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about my experience with your sales associate, Billy. I called to order a product that apparently was discontinued, hence the difficulty with it ordering online. Billy was so very patient and friendly with me. Moreover, he was extremely helpful as we emailed links back and forth so he could see what I was talking about as the discontinued item was not in his database. He then found me a comparable product which actually is better than the one that I wanted and even better than that, he saved our business money. Not many people would stay on the phone as long as he did to get this order accomplished. Thanks again Billy, you are a total rockstar! :)

I wanted to take a minute and let you know that I had a wonderful experience with Billy S and thank him for all of his help today. I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was finding someone in a company to assist me with purchase of the microwave and oven. I have had a difficult time locating the correct size appliances for our home. I will highly recommend you in the future to any friends and family and we have become a future customer as well.

Our previous fridge succumbed to an unfixable problem after only a year of service. Luckily for us we had the 5 year extended warranty on it that provided us with a replacement unit. In searching for a suitable stead, I came across Appliances of America on the web. Purchasing from them would save me over 30% of what I would pay at my local big box store. Being skeptical, I placed a call to get a first hand feel for the company behind the Internet ad. After conversing with Billy for over twenty minutes, I placed my order. Going into this process I knew the time frame for delivery would be longer than said big box store, but knew the great savings justified the wait. The ultimate delivery date did get pushed back almost two weeks due to a dock workers strike. This was obviously out of the hands of Appliances of America, but frustrating none the less. Billy contacted me to inform me of the delay and offered either a discount on my next purchase or a warranty extension on the main components of the refrigerator ( which is what I chose ). When time came that I should be hearing from the local delivery company and didn't, a call back to Billy got things on the right track and delivery was made on date expected. The two gentlemen from AM Home Delivery that swapped out my old unit for the new one were very courteous and worked swiftly. I did find slight damage on the unit after the delivery was complete and put a call back into Billy to resolve it. My next major appliance purchase will definitely be made at Appliances of America. I have already recommended two of my friends to purchase from them also. Update: I just received an email from Billy informing me that the slight damage issue I have on my fridge will be resolved by having the pieces replaced. Getting this issue resolved with absolutely no hassle on my part makes me an even more staunch supporter of AOA. Secondary Update: When informed that I would receive my replacement parts for the damages on the fridge, my expected delivery was not until the end of June - which I was perfectly fine with. Just under a week later, on June 3, a package arrives with my parts. That made an already satisfied customer even more elated. Thank You Billy and AOA.
