Large appliance shopping is never fun. That is until you get to shop with Billy from Appliances of America. I made an error by spending too much time in researching the refrigerator I wanted and missed the best sale of the year on an LG Counter-Depth model. So, I had to find the next best offer that was available today. I had researched the pricing of the LG fridge at Appliances of America during the July 4th sale and found it to be the BEST pricing out there. Then I waited for the husband’s approval. Yikes! Life got busy and we missed that sale...Today I went back to see what Billy’s pricing was, and even with the change, he still had what I wanted at the lowest price. A bit worried about buying a refrigerator online I had to google “rating of Appliances of America”. It was amazing what I read. Everyone was pleased and talked about dealing with Billy as if they knew him personally. I decided to make a call and find out more about getting a fridge before the pricing went up again. I was quite nervous making this call. The husband was not available to discuss what my findings would be...I was on my own. No one goes to buy a car without a man - Should I buy a refrigerator without one? Billy answered my call and I explained my regrets in missing the July 4th sale and my desire to get the best deal available. I had many questions and concerns. He was a joy to talk with. When is the last time you actually laughed and joked with an appliance salesman? He made me feel comfortable in my purchase, the delivery methods and I did get the best pricing available. His personality and jovial spirit would make anyone’s shopping experience a pleasant one. The next time you need a major appliance, I would recommend calling Billy at Appliances of America!

I purchased a new Kitchen Aid refrigerator from Appliances of America and am very happy with the experience. The process had a few hiccups, but none of them mattered due to the wonderful customer service I received. Billy Jackson made sure all my needs were met and took the time to explain everything to me. The original fridge that I purchased was damaged by the shipping company which caused a delay because it was a discontinued model and there were no replacements available. Mr. Jackson very kindly gave us an upgrade to a newer model for free and was so kind and friendly throughout the whole process. I would wholeheartedly recommend buying from them. Bought an island vent from Appliance of America at the best price I could find anywhere. Called customer service and spoke with Billy Jackson, who helped me with my order, he was very easy to work with and straightforward. Appreciate the customer service and the price. The best appliance store on the internet!

I received an email that my stove could not ship. I was able to work with Jackson and remedy the problem. We were able to ship it to my cousins house an hour away since it was not able to come to Idaho. I would have to say that in the future you may want to look into shipping in all states, this way I can continue to be a customer and have more convenient shipping. (I don't know that my cousin would like to receive such large items very often :-)

"Jackson" got back to me quickly with responses to my questions and was knowledgeable about the products. He also gave me a slight discount on my expedited shipping costs, which was very appreciated. Jackson had a personable and professional manner.

After reading many positive reviews of Appliances of America on their web site, many singing the praises of" Billy," I was lucky enough to get to speak with Billy when I called to inquire about a refrigerator, now there is a man who enjoys his work and is also a great salesperson, he made me believe I really needed to purchase a new refrigerator from him and I did. I believe he did go above and beyond to satisfy my needs, time will tell. It was an enjoyable experience . Not sure how many stars to give this company since I really won't know until my new fridge arrives but I will give 5 stars to Billy.

Website was easy to use and the price was better than anybody else. Customer service (Billy) was polite and responsive. A+ experience.
