Customer service is really good. They are quick to respond and help with order issues. Our order was damaged upon delivery and the helped quickly send another order out. Also was very helpful with getting shipment information and tracking when it wasn't updated timely.

OK, so they took my order for a part they didn't have, and charged me, BUT they gave be a refund after we both learned that the part was not going to be made anymore.

The parts fit fine and were as promised. However I paid for next day and they shipped ground. They did refund the difference. I would buy from them again. Our stove works perfectly again.

Revising my rating from yesterday. So a package arrived today. After reading some of the previous comments I expected to find the wrong part or something else in the box. Low and behold a "Genuine Whirlpool" box with the correct part, packaged perfectly. I installed the control board, and the washer now works perfectly. Not sure why they told me over the phone it was backordered, and that it was the order was cancelled, but am happy to have received the part. So yes, there were some issues, but in the end they came through in a timely manner! IT IS NOT, REPEAT NOT, A SCAM.
