Ordered a part for my refrigerator and…
Ordered a part for my refrigerator and they sent the wrong part. I ask them to honor their 30 day money back guarantee. They first sent me a series of accusatory emails, then a form I had to file out in order to receive their return address to return the incorrect product. Sent back days ago with signature confirmation, they received it but still no refund. I emailed them asking when I would receive my money back, they sent a nameless, title-less email stating in 5 to 7 days....waited, then sent them another email asking where my refund is....this time the nameless title-less email said it would now take 7 to 9 business days!!!! Stan Art - CEO of this company (I even think this name is fake as well) is a SCAMMER AND A FRAUDSTER. I wish I would have read these reviews before dealing with this company, but I am posting here to WARN other honest, innocent buyer to stay as far as possible away from these crooks as possible!! THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED - I will now contact the state of California and file a claim of theft by deception against this dishonest, deceptive, immoral company and its owner(s).
