If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst company to deal with. I ordered a drawer for my refrigerator, they sent me the wrong drawer so I notified them. They will not send me the right drawer, nor will they refund my money. They are thieves. Emails have gone back and forth and they keep telling me to be patient. I call to try to speak with someone and all I get is voicemail. Do not buy from this company, they cannot be trusted!

I will already remember appliances parts 4 all as a website I will never buy appliance parts from. Their return policy is one sided and bs.

I ordered the wrong part returned it took them 45 days to credit via paypal total spent w/tax and shipping from and to 119.0 and change . During the the last 45 days many calls have been placed to them in regards to a credit did i mention that they hung up on me a few times right before they did, Terry stated Im not having this conversation with you any more click . Finally got my credit the other day of 83.65 . minus 12% restocking fee ,shipping charges and tax!!!!! SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS! Next time going to order thru Amazon .

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Do NOT buy from these scammers!!! 5404 Whitsett Ave #85 91607 is on the website - someone else posted a review saying it’s a house, my research is showing a laundrymat/liquor store/cleaners building. This account is also linked to amazon - with an address of 1544 N Hayworth Ave #1, LA 90046. This looks like an apartment complex with a pool in the back. Has the name “Alvina” linked to amazon. Piece of crap scammers!

BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS on the internet. Worst experience buying online ever! Outright lied on website and in emails about all my parts being in stock. AFTER ALMOST A MONTH of back-in-forth emails they finally admitted that ONE of my parts was on BACKORDER. When my order finally arrived, it was missing $76.62 plus tax worth of parts. As of today (42 days after placing my order) I have not been refunded $76.62 plus tax for the parts they didn't send. Try calling their number 800-939-0722 to place an order or get assistance. They will not answer. Google their address (5404 Whitsett Ave # 85 Valley Village CA 91607); it's a house near Universal Studios. After I finish this review, I'm filing a PayPal complaint to get my refund. You've been warned by me and others reviewers...not worth the headache!

Ordered back in July and still have not received the order. They do not pick their phones up. If you don't believe me try calling yourself.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will not refund 100% of purchase when it is totally their mistake. Buy some where else that is reputable. The correct part number was ordered, a package with that part number was shipped, the part in the package was incorrect and did not match the part on their website. They accepted the part back but only refunded $48.42 of a $64.49 purchase including tax and shipping. That is a 75% refund. I also had to pay for the return shipping. Find some where else to buy your parts.

There is something not right about this place. We could not get a hold of anyone after calling and leaving messages for a few days straight. Finally, we had to go through our credit card company to try and get our money back. We wanted to exchange a defective fuse we purchased from them and had to go through hell as a result. Please pay a few dollars more and purchase your product from somewhere else and save yourself a lot of headaches.
