Too bad I didn't read reviews first. Ordered part that came, but wasn't the right part. Returned by all their requirements and could never get them to acknowledge the return ( with tracking ) or issue a refund. Emailed 3 requests for return status. This company does not operate with basic consumer interests as their main interest, probably their last interest. Their return policy is a lie. You buy it, it's yours for better or worst. I never write reviews. This company is not accountable and that's bad business.

My story is exactly the same as all the other folks who have been scammed by this company . If someone decides on a class action suit, I will be participating

Part arrived damaged due to poor packaging in December of 2020, I completed paperwork immediately. Never heard if my claim was accepted until January 2021 when I inquired. Said they would replace it. It is almost the end of March and still no replacement.

I was lured in by the good prices. All of the items I needed were shown as in stock, but four days after I had placed my order, its status was still "Processing". When I inquired about it, I received a message stating that they "had received an update from the factory" that three of the items I had ordered were in stock, but one part was backordered. Fortunately I was able to cancel my order, and I have received a credit memo (though the refund to the credit card is not yet confirmed). The slogan on this entity's website states "Millions parts under one roof", but it is not referring to its roof. This appears to be a drop shipper.

I ordered 3 appliance parts on 2/9/21. The site read "in stock." Then I was given a 2/28/21 ETA for the "in stock" parts to arrive at their warehouse. Then I was given 3/8/21 ETA for the "in stock" parts to arrive at their warehouse. Today is 3/21/21 and I have heard nothing from them about when I will be getting these "In stock" parts. THEY CHARGED MY CARD ON 2/9/21!

Never buy from this terrible company. Getting it right one percent of the time doesn’t a legit company make so it def IS A SCAM unlike what one out of twenty reviewers claims because they happened to get what they ordered. I’d have to wonder how smart someone is to order after seeing all this but whatevs! Take your chances if you want but you have been warned. if you have found yourself here because you did buy from them and are wondering where your part is, be sure and contest the charge with your credit card company, complain to paypal for having their name on this wretched fraud of a company and contact the FTC and California ATTY gen. Ellya Ba sent a dirty used item to me (I didn’t really care bc I thought for sure they would as least send a working part and I needed my part) and then when the tech came by to install, we found that the dirty used item ALSO failed to work. When I called about it, she told me misinformation on the phone and sent me through all kinds of emails and hoops when I tried to rectify the situation by returning the dud for my money back. They also claimed to the doj in ca that I sent THEM the used old part and kept their “new” one 😆😆😆. Like all sociopaths they performed projection because I never GOT a new part. They have no serial number of the part on your receipt or purchase record and then lower themselves to claim you are the one screwing them over claiming you sent them a different part. I guess that is why people keep showing up here to complain, it can’t be them! If you were wary enough to come here before buying from them and choose to buy anyway be careful because they require you to return it in “original packaging” which for me was the item stuck into a gray plastic ups bag. Take photos of everything and film opening it in case you need to prove YOU aren’t a scammer 😂 You also can’t install or “try it” according to their “return policy”. Are you serious? So be careful to read everything. Even if it doesn’t work they want to charge a 12% “restocking fee”. They obvs want to claim whatever they send and we send back as a warranty claim after they skim the 12% and shipping off of us. Who would think they need to keep the gray plastic envelope for “warranty” for a year. You better!?. They cannot communicate worth a duck on phone or email either so expect that. They also kept demanding my appliance serial number which is how I guess they make their money, they return the broken used parts they send you back to manufacturer as a warranty and use your appliance number to certify that they aren’t scamming the manufacturer . Little do the manufacturing companies know....

This is a nightmare! Can I please give ZERO stars. Ordered a specific part and they sent me the wrong item. It took two days to get a response so I could even initiate the return. Only to be told I would have to pay shipping at my expense and a 12% restocking fee. When THEY sent the wrong item. Oh - and I may see the refund in 7-10 days. (Small claims court or a report to the BBB, perhaps?) Email after email after email... I sent all of the information they've requested. And I’m getting no where. Side by side photos of my computer screen order, photos of the product I received, the box with two different product descriptions on it. Totally shady operation. Go elsewhere.

Trying to return 4 burner caps for my stove they didn’t match and they didn’t fit. Sent numerous emails and phone messages Trying to return them was a nightmare . They make you jump through so many hoops. Their online return form does not work they won’t call you back unless you threaten a review. Definitely check the return policy. If I could give 0 stars I would.
