Ordered parts for my dishwasher in April, said in stock on site. Ordered and didn't receive shipping info and after a week I checked and said TBD. Tried reaching out and getting them on the phone took some effort. When I finally got ahold of someone they said they would email the manufacturer and send me an email. Fast forward to 3 weeks later I finally call again and was told my parts will ship in another 3 weeks. Just ridiculous I will never order from here again.

This company is a joke, have been waiting 6 weeks for a part. Every time I contact them they ask for more time for delivery. Contacted them today as to cancel my order and now magically the part is in their warehouse and it can be shipped out immediately. Scamming at his best, do not deal with this company. It's a waste of time and we'll just get you aggravated I take back my one star review I give them negative five they suck

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Deceptive business practice, no response, empty promises from Colby and staff, defective products shipped, etc.... Find another vendor

This company is terrible, please avoid them, I ordered a part and they never send a confirmation email and it took 3 months to ship, i thought they ripped me off at first and then when I received it, i tried to return it and all they did was stall.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is a scam. We ordered a part, it has been 60 days from purchase & they keep asking us to wait another 2 weeks for part. That it's out of stock. Why would you sell something that is out of stock? They have never sent a shipped notification nor given us a tracking number.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!!!! THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME 12% RESTOCKING FEE AND RETURN SHIPPING FOR THIER MISTAKE, STAY AWAY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered new inlet valves for my washing machine. Ordered on 3-3-2021 order said allow up to 7 business days. 3-16-2021 still no part. I called and was told I would receive it by 3-31-2021 that's today. Still no part I'll now seek a refund.

Website said in stock, so I ordered it expedited. No tracking, nothing provided for 24 hrs (despite extra costs paid for it) but they did find time to charge the card. Next 2 days (I paid for 24hr delivery), NO PART. Called to verify tracking and was told part was "backordered till May". I told them to cancel the order and was told it was done. Today I get tracking info for a UPS shipment. Then the shipment gets "delayed". No one is answering the phones there, so luckily I used a CC and Paypal that have Fraud protection. THIS IS A SCAM.
