Terrible customer service. Ordered a DW motor assembly. Told 40 in stock, and it would ship 9/13. Tracking on 9/16 showed still processing so I called. Told system was down and hadn't shipped. Requested order be cancelled and reordered elsewhere. Received email they were processing my return and to allow 2-3 days for credit to show. 2 days later part arrives from new and responsive supplier, and then this part arrived. System still shows processing. Will not take send label to return part. Should not be in this business until they can get their systems figured out, and not lie to customers in the meantime.

Placed online order on Friday, called to check status on Tuesday. "Your order probably has shipped or is about to. I can't tell because our system is down but it should be up tomorrow". Called back Wednesday "Your order is ready to ship. I'll send you an email confirming that's the case by end of the day". No email. Called back Thursday. "You order will be shipped October 4th". When I said to cancel it, I was told " Lete talk to management and see if we can get that out today. If not we can cancel it. I'll send you an email either way. No email. Called back Friday, Told them to cancel it. No further discussion.

Ordered a part for my gas range. Never told it was on back order for months but my credit card was charged immediately. Once my order was shipped, 4 months later, it was shipped to my old address even though I contacted them both via email and live call providing my new address. The people that assure you everything is in order don't care and are incompetent. As a result, I'm out almost $100 dollars with no part.

7 weeks and no parts arrived. Every time I emailed to inquire, they say 2 more weeks. Even though when I initially ordered, the part was in stock lol. SURE.

I ordered replacement grates in the beginning of June for a 4th of July BBQ. Their response was that they needed $19 more to ensure shipping from multiple locations. A agreed and paid. It is now July 8th and I still have no parts, and this company refuses to respond to my emails. Don’t waste your time or money with this scam vendor.

I ordered a freezer door gasket for my Kenmore Elite. Confirmed part with the online sales support assuring me it was the right part. Needed confirmation because their wasn't a picture or good description on the website. The refrigerator door gasket arrived instead. Tried to get them send the right part but they told me to place another order for it. Asked about return label, they don't supply that. But it's their mistake I ordered the wrong one. Tried to pay for return, cost more than 74% of original product price to return because it was a bulk package. Including original bulk price fee and shipping fee, basically I had to pay them $100 to get a $100 back for their own mistake.

I ordered the gasket replacements for my GE profile French door refrigerator. The part on the website shows 2 seals pictured under the part number WR14X10238. When it arrived there was only one seal in the box. I sent an email to customer service and have gone round and around with them. They are stating it's only one seal for the order and the website shows two in the picture. Needless to say this is false advertising and deceptive practices. They advertise 30-day return policy but be sure to read this small print, there's a 12% stocking fee and you need to keep your original packaging to return the product. This business is unscrupulous and shouldn't be dealt with.

I ordered the wrong part - returned it - ordered the correct part - they refused to apply credit. Do not buy from this Company - a total sham.
