I did order a part 2 to 3 day shipping I never received in four weeks I have to call them to cancel my order

this job I worked for them for couple of weeks in that time I was made fun of by the manger and her little buddy Brett both are very immature people to work with I never did anything wrong to them I was only there to do my job didn't care about anything else but people love to talk about u if u don't fit into there little group. if that sounds like u then go ahead this place is dead end job not good company to work for at all.

I ordered two metal filters for my Thermador hood fan. After the order was placed I received confirmation and two tracking numbers. One filter came from TX and the other from CA. When I received them they were not what I ordered. One was the part number I ordered (aluminum) and the other was a different part number and was stainless steel. Since they did not match, I ordered another one to match and requested an RMA to return the unused filter. It cost me over $52 dollars to ship it back. I inquired about at least getting the original $9.95 shipping charge credited to my card, but was told that was not going to happen. BEWARE: If ApplianceParts4All.com sends you the incorrect part number, you will be responsible for the return shipping. How is that fair???

I waited 2 months and they still had no idea when the part was going to ship. It was weird- they kept lying and saying it was about to ship, or they would email me a tracking number in the next day. One of the customer service people finally was honest with me and said they were basically told to say that, to keep customers from canceling as long as possible. But they were selling parts that they had no stock of, and no ETA from the . It might not be a scam- like they must ship some things?- but don't use this place it will drive you crazy. This is all for a part that said it would ship in '2-5 days' when I ordered.

(((((Stay away it’s a scam.))))Product arrives broken and upon investigation it was reshipped broken twice. In my case a glass cooktop. Chunks missing but not found in the sealed factory box which has been opened and poorly tapped. Broken English phone support and difficult measures they need for you to go through To file a claim.This happened twice I finally filed a dispute with Visa. Get this, they wanted to charge me a restocking fee for the two items they shipped out that were broken which they would not pick up…. the glass cooktop was $326 it’s a scam they’re hoping to get a restocking fee which makes no sense why would they restock something or how are they going to restock something that they don’t even want you to return and then they probably turn around and claim damage to UPS I should’ve done my homework before I ordered from them hope this helps anyone that’s thinking of using these folks.

No customer service and deceptive part diagrams. 12 emails to return part and still have no RMA. They tell me it will be emailed each day but nothing. Calling everyday now, hope I get some kind of help. The part ordered was an assembly but when it arrived it was missing parts from the assembly, now they want more money for the missing part (it was shown as part of the assembly). DONT BUY FROM THEM

This company deserves no stars. Silly me made an order prior to reading the reviews. I called the company only to inquire if the part was in stock. They persuaded me to place the order while they were on the phone. Made me think the order would be processed sooner and item shipped the next day. They charged my account immediately and I never received an order confirmation. I called back within 10 mins to cancel the order after reading the valuable reviews. They refused to cancel the order and hung up on me...However, between PayPal and my credit card company I got the funds reversed within 3 days. I refused to be another one of their victims. Please go to Better Business Bureau and notice the over 53 reviews and read the ALERT notice on this company. Beware of this Scam Company!!!! I don't usually write reviews, but I am compelled to do so.

Can never talk to someone and they charged my credit card immediately and never sent the order. Promised 2-3 day shipping AND item was in stock. Ordered September 3 and today is September 27th. I even sent an email in between and they replied order will be sent from factory and received by September 21st. Still no order...going somewhere else and cancelling my order
