Appliance Parts 4 All Com IncReviews of applianceparts4all.com

Do not stand by their return policy!!! If you buy something you'll keep it. No Communication, I had to reach out to them a week after they received it (I returned it registered $25) to be told it had been installed... A 100% LIE!! I opened a part on their request to take pictures and they claimed I had installed it... Clap 👏 nice move get me to open it to create a denial. SHADY COMPANY AT BEST... BUYER BEWARE!!!! I will NEVER use this company again!!

This company is a scam. I specifically ordered a fridge defrost heater because they said it was in stock and would be delivered in one week. It never came. I messaged them and they now say it's back ordered and will be here in two months. They never emailed me to say it was going to be backordered. They are scamming people by making it look like they are going to send parts right away and then never sending them and pushing back the deliver date if you ask!

Ordered a part over 7mts ago and all I keep getting is a new arrival date. A big run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I was charged for an order that I cancelled 3 months prior to shipping. Then was told I would be charged for returning the item that never should have shipped in the first place. This place is a joke, and so is customer service.

Bought a part from them when it clearly says on their site will fit. It doesn’t fit. When called to complain was told to send back on my dime. What a joke. Never going to buy from them again. They are scammers.

These people are crooks and shouldn't be trusted with a credit card or PayPal payment. Further to that the most recent 5 star reviews on this site all sound fabricated.

My experience echoes those of the other reviewers below. Went looking for a replacement bin for my Bosch fridge. Several sites on-line had it, but only ApplianceParts4All listed it as 'In Stock'. I placed the order with them, even though I had done business in the past with some of the others. What a mistake. I also placed an order for a pass-through water filter. The following day, I had still not seen a confirmation for my order so I started a chat with them. We located my order confirmation in my junk email, but they told me the bin was back ordered and would arrive directly from Bosch. The water filter was supposed to ship that day. 4 days later, I spoke to another agent - the water filter has still not shipped (still shows as shipping next day on their website listing!!). Now everything is supposed to ship on Monday because it has to ship together according to the representative - it has to ship on the same day from two different locations. Complete nonsense. Buy from the other reputable on-line vendors instead, and don't rely on this vendor. To add insult to injury, I paid extra for expedited processing.

SCAM SITE BEWARE Company site shows it is set up for Paypal. But, when I tried to pay with Paypal, the transaction did not complete. Called the 800 number and that person tried to get me to give him my codes to access to my Paypal account and then wanted me to give him my Visa numbers. Told him I was uncomfortable with his actions and hung up.
