Received part that didn't match the photo on their website and after multiple emails and phone calls, they still wouldn't even wave restocking fee and I had to pay for the return shipping. Customer representative admited the picture on the website didn't match the physical part, but still kept repeating "this is our return policy" over and over. Horrible company to deal with.

Bought a part, installed it and it did not work. Faulty part to best of my knowledge. Would not accept a return. Do not buy from them.

I had a part on order in Canada for 8 weeks and cancelled it after seeing that it was in stock with this company. The part isn't in stock and isn't available for five months from now. I ordered from Canada and will now lose money on foreign exchange and have to start this process over and i'm at teh end of the line for the Canadian supplier. Waste of time and money.

Deceptive and poor service. I ordered a part that was listed as being in stock and ready to ship. I was charged for the part immediately. However, when I went to check on the status after over two weeks of no communication, I was informed that it would not be available for another two months. I am awaiting a refund from my cancellation.

When I no longer needed the unopened or unused part they would not refund my money when there web site said they would. Don't buy anything from this seller

I ordered a part for my icemaker and they sent me the wrong part. The picture on their site did not even look like what they sent although the bag it came in had the correct part number I needed on it. Getting ahold of someone was a joke and then after I had to pay to ship it back to them they only refunded half my purchase price as they said it was not their error and that is their policy. Do NOT purchase anything from them!

Will never use them again. The returns process requires you to provide photos and model/serial numbers. Way too complicated compared to other companies and it's very customer unfriendly. Received at least one snippy comment from a customer service rep. after I questioned the 12.5% restocking fee. It's as if they are saying too bad your mistake and it was very annoying to hear them keep saying "our returns policy" is at the link below. Maybe Amazon has spoiled me and knowing what I know now, Amazon should have been my first choice.

I had problems at every stage. Very poor customer service, confusing multiple billings, no tracking for shipping, and a laborious return process. In short, I paid for expedited (in state) processing, but dishwasher part took 2 full weeks to arrive. In that time, I found the much needed part elsewhere and for less money, so returning it required ME to pay. I had to submit multiple photos of the box, the part, serial numbers from my dishwasher(why?). The most ridiculous, unpleasant experience. Don’t do it. Go elsewhere.
