Delayed delivery I should not have chosen appliance direct already so many bad reviews

Awful after care. An air conditioning unit leaked because of an internal cracked pipe fitting, contacted appliances direct, 4 weeks of back and forth with their technical help people blaming the installation. Now taking them to a small claims court. Avoid, do not buy

As a new customer, i will give the benifit of the doubt. If they are as bad as reported and the appliances are not up to standard i will cancel credit card payment and advise visa/mastercard that this a sham company, if not. and all goes well i will update with a glowing review... Fingers crossed

Ordered a double oven from this company and all was going well until delivery, on opening the packaging we had broken glass falling everywhere from the smashed oven door!! Phoned customer services and arranged for a replacement leaving us with no cooker for a week and then a week later the delivery company tried getting to us up the wrong road and instead of phoning to ask directions took the replacement back so now left for another week without oven to cook with! Phoned customer services again to cancel order only to be told no refund until they collect the original damaged oven!!!! Terrible customer service who don’t care about there customers

AND ANOTHER ONE. Six weeks and they keep pushing the fridge/freezer delivery back. The website said 'In Stock' when I ordered, so they are lying on their website. Absolutely terrible company - first they harass and spam you for insurance and don't back down until you get the ICO involved with a GDPR violation, and now they lie on their website and push back delivery of essential items with zero compensation or apology. I've since cancelled the order, ordered the same item from their main competitor for the exact same price, and it is going to be delivered tomorrow. Appliances Direct are an actual joke of a company.

Terrible experience. All this company wants is to sell you after sales insurance and weekend delivery costs that they charge for but don't intend to provide. All in all its far better to go to your local Curry's, so or Argos than to deal with scamming online companies like this. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible service , its a sketch from a carry on movie delivery texts and no delivery , wrong address, someone will be in touch, you will get a call back , long wait on phone , avoid, i would rather pay more for an appliance

I ordered a built in oven and paid for installation (costing as much as the oven). Unfortunately,they were unable to fit it because of lack of suitable socket. While removing my old oven, they damaged a kickboard which they failed to mention. I was told I would be contacted about options, this did not happen. Their customer service is a labyrinth. Finally,they agreed to a refund BUT only for the appliance not the full order
