AppelTV Fik en prøve periode ved appel TV som jeg aldrig har brugt da alt indhold sådan set koster Extra. Opsagde det med det samme men det er åbenbart kørt videre så man betaler bare har nu forsøgt igen men det er svært at vide sig sikker når de ikke sender en bekræftelse.

Hatte mir das 7 Tage probeAbo geholt und nach 2 tagen gekündigt. wenig content, dazu finde ich das was sie haben noch schlecht. Fühlt sich so an als hätte man gerade genug mist und ein paar perlen zusammengehauen um irgendwas zu haben. das meiste hat man schon x mal gesehen. das menü ist eine katastrophe, immer wenn man denkt man hat gerade etwas gutes gefunden, klickt man drauf, muss das ding aber dann kaufen oder noch so ein blödes zusatzabo abschließen. fühlt sich nicht zu ende gedacht an. bis jetzt hatte ich prime video, netflix, disney+ und apple+ als test. wobei ich apple+ mit wirklich weiten abstand am schlechtesten finde. apple+ fühlt sich an wie die GEZ, eigentlich zahlt man für nixs. zum glück war das ein probaabo, ansonsten fühlte sich das nach catfishing an. für die 10 € hol ich mir lieber bei prime im verzögerten rhythmus die filme für 4,99, die ich wirklich gucken möchten. gewinnmaximierung um jeden preis, deswegen hol ich mir nichts mehr von apple

Buonasera, ho fatto l'abbonamento Apple tv+ tramite cell. (android no IOS) impostando tutte le psw previste per la sicurezza. Tutto bene, al primo accesso, ho potuto vedere un parte di una serie tv. Al successivo collegamento con la piattaforma Apple tv+ il sistema non riconosceva il mio ID (ID disattivato, non attivo), necessario per accedere. Chiamo il servizio clienti, parlo con l'operatore, molto gentile, spiegando il problema. Viene aperta la pratica n. 102126602905, informandomi che nel giro di poche ore tutto sarà risolto. Infatti, dopo poche ore arriva una mail dal supporto tecnico Apple in cui si dice" abbiamo stabilito che la tua richiesta non soddisfa le condizioni per riattivare il tuo ID Apple". E adesso cosa faccio? Non ho nessun modo di accedereal srvizio o disdire l'abbonamento? Dopo altre 2 chiamate al servizio clienti, grazie alla buona volontà del responsabile, vengo informato che il mio account è stato hackerato per tanto loro non possono fare nulla. Perfetto, in poche parole "arrangiati". I soldi pagati per l'abbonamento non ho modo di recuperarli e magari mi verranno addebitate anche le scadenze future.

Absolute garbage. I can watch kodi and YouTube and any other kind of video streaming via my browser without any problem whatsoever. Apple TV+ however can’t seem to stream seamlessly. If the video is streaming properly, then the audio is broken, and painful to my ears. If I toggle to another browser tab, then the audio works properly. The second I toggle back to Apple TV tab, it’s f#cked up again. Garbage, and not at all something that is worth paying for. It’s like Apple doesn’t know how to walk and chew gum at the same time.

Having for first time got an apple phone ( first one had to go back as faulty) which so far not a problem, apple contacted with offer of three month free trial of apple tv app (on my tv). Only thing is all they do is let me have 10 min viewing before the app shuts off and boots me out! So if I want to watch anything I have to go through whole process off working through getting back onto app and film only to be able to see 10 min segment! No issues with the other tv apps just apple who of course have no means for me to email or phone in complaint! So I'm guessing this is their idea of a free trial?

So I signed up to AppleTV's 30-day FREE TRIAL here in the UK. The promotion stated that I would not be charged if I cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date. In this case, I signed up in the evening of 30th September, so my renewal date was 30th October. I began watching a film and the next day, I received an email from AppleTV charging me £6.99 (the actual cost of the monthly subscription). Naturally, I was not happy, so I emailed them and asked them to refund the charge. They duly did refund the charge - but then cancelled my 30-day free trial! Now I was really not happy! I contacted them directly using their TEXT option and explained the situation. They told me that a refund request automatically cancelled any trial! So I asked them to reinstate the trial, or at least the rest of the trial days. They stated that it was not possible. I told them that this could be construed as misrepresentation here in the UK and that I might be pursuaded to take this to Trading Standards. Then I told them that I was actually thinking of continuing my subscription - but that now they have lost a customer! So be warned! Free Trial is actually NOT a free trial. You will be billed for a subscription charge!

App keep logging out and almost impossible to log back in. Now it says my ID is inactive. Spent nearly hour on the phone with apple thry said they applied fory ID to be activated but it takes 24 hours and it might be rejected!!! Meantime, cannot watch subscription I have paid for. Common apple, 24 hours to reset thr account login details, it 2023. I think it will be good bye to apple from me.
