Account locked within hours of subscribing with no way of resolving. Unbelievable. Wish I'd read these reviews first.

They have some really good shows but when they jump the price $3 a month, it makes it not worth it.

Don’t pre-order anything from Apple TV I pre-ordered a movie and now the only option is to re-purchase it or to rent it scammers

AppleTV Gutscheinkarte, gekauft und sehr umständlich einen Account angelegt, die App auf dem Handy angelegt und registriert, ohne Erfolg. Der Support konnte nicht helfen, Freunde mit Apple Account haben geholfen das Guthaben aufgeladen und dennoch geht es nicht. Noch 3x den Support befragt und wieder ging es nicht. Smart TV App und Handy können nicht mal das Probeabo starten. Nach 8 Std haben wir aufgegeben. Der Support kann das Guthaben auch nicht mehr zurückzahlen, da es ja einlöst wurde. Auch wenn man ihn nicht nutzen kann. Super nervig und nicht mal ne Entschuldigung. Nie wieder Apple!!!!!

Ho provato a iscrivermi su appletv da telefono android. Ho creato l'account e inserito i dati cc ma quando ho provato ad accedere mi dice paswd errata. Non riesco a fare reset perché mi dice anche data nascita errata. Ho chiamato il supporto ma non sono in grado di sbloccarlo per problemi di privacy, non capisco a cosa serva un supporto telefonico se non sono in grado di intervenire e risolvere il problema. Quindi non accedo al servizio però loro possono addebitarmi il costo di 9, 99 euro alla scadenza dei 7 giorni perché io non posso disabilitare l'abbonamento...pagherò anche se non accedo... Tutto ciò è assurdo

Troligen en av de sämsta spelarna på marknaden. Innehållet har jag inga synpunkter på ännu. Spelaren kan inte hantera Chromcast native, dvs man måste köra Chrome och casta via "Innehåll/casta". Det är ingen stor grej, men larvigt att Apple vill låtsas som om Chromecast inte finns. Huvudproblemen är två: - det hackar. Ibland så ofta som flera gånger i minuten. - uppspelning avbryts plötsligt. Ibland samtidigt som Chromecast kopplar ner, ibland bara spelaren. Obegripligt att Apple kan tillåta sig ha en sån usel produkt.

They make it so that either their website doesn't work properly or that there's 10 verifications in order to even get to a place where you can cancel your subscription. And once they charge you, THEY will decide whether you can cancel or not. You can appeal twice. But ultimately they decide whether you have to keep paying them or not. Total scam. And Even more motivation that I will never buy anything from Apple ever. I guess they need my $14.06 More than I do.
