Apple tv been off SKYQ for 4 days. cannot reinstall app on skyq its skys box. Reset everything to factory settings even left off overnight. still not working. Rubbish customer service. if your engineers cannot sort something in 4 days thats shocking. and disgraceful. even worse Apple Blame Sky Sky blame Apple... Stuff that just fix it

The Apple TV app on our TV suddenly failed for no reason. Said check the Internet service, which was fine. Reinstalling didn't work. Deleting wasn't possible. Very difficult to reach customer service, which didn't help.

Probeabo niemehr! Habe ein einwöchiges Probeabo abgeschlossen. Nie mehr. Apple macht es einem unglaublich schwer, den Account und Abos zu kündigen. Man muss dauernd mit zugesandten Codes bestätigen und dann erstmal finde, wo man kündigen kann. Oft lässt sich die angegebene Seite garnicht laden. Meiner Meinung nach gewollt kompliziert, kundenunfreundlich und Abzocke.

Pretty good service when it's working, the streaming is smooth and reliable and there's a good selection of things to watch. Loses two stars because it's a pain in the ass if you're trying to use it without having Apple hardware. I was unable to accept new EULAs on my ancient Apple account without getting a friend to log me in on his Macbook, because there was literally no way to do it on the website, and the website can be a bit clunky and glitchy on non-Safari browsers.

Just renewed again and getting the old ‘an error occurred’ all the time. Should just work like Netflix. Content is good but website pile of garbage

As I can see not very good reviews I just signed up for the 7 day free trial and cannot it to work just won't let me choose anything and keeps asking for me to accept free trial Now I've got to figure how to cancel it before they start charging me for nothing Utterly pathetic

Scorretto invogliare i clienti all'acquisto con contenuti extra dalla retta mensile gia piu cara di prime e netflix che include solo le loroserie e invece pubblicizzano film che costano extra 13 euro in piu cad uno
