I purchased a product for Holloween 2025 WITH MY APPLE CARD from the merchant artswardrobe!! The advertisement is nothing like what I got! they are making me the villain and not the scammer. I am very disappointed and thought this was an outstanding establishment. It is now May 2026 and I am still fighting this charge I am not the one with the burden of proof!! Totally absurd! I will not recommend this card to anyone unless they are ready for the fight of their lives against scammers and Apple customer service is useless!!! I am very upset and don't know what to do. They keep giving me a credit and come back with the same answer! :" they have found no proof that I was scammed and they have no forensic evidence that this is true. when clearly it is, I sent several pics of what I ordered and what I got!!! They even asked me did I return in the allotted time!! I refuse to pay to return something I was scammed into purchasing, and if they would send me a pre paid return slip I will gladly return nothing has happened!! I am not using this card ever again!! will stop payment on all things automatic to this card, this has been a nightmare!!! PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS CARD AND GET SOMETHING YOU WERE SCAMMED INTO GETTING! YOU ARE THE VILLIAN AND NOT THE VICTIM!! TO ASK ME DID I HAVE DOCUMENTATION AVAILABLE FROM AN EXPERT IS ABSURD!! I WOULD PROVIDE PICS BUT AM NOT ABLE TO

I’m very disappointed with the customer service experience. The hold times are far too long, and when I finally reach someone, it feels like they are not really listening and are just trying to end the conversation quickly. In addition, returns for purchases do not appear immediately the way charges do when money is taken from the account. The dispute process also takes more than ten business days while my money is being held, which is extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

Ever use Apple Cash. This is my third time that apple send me a message saying your funds are fricking under review that’s why I toll my customer to not send me money through Apple Cash most all the time that frost yours funds pretty much every body’s funds to make money through your money so in couple days they release the money. This is my third time customer paid me they hold the money for 2 Bussines day. Fricking $55 bucks this is sick I will never used to send or receive from customer. This Apple is insane

Blijkbaar kunnen bedrijven gewoon geld van Applepay incasseren ZONDER EEN ABONNEMENT. Ik had op 4/2/2026 een abonnement opgezegd en op 26/3 is 2x een betaling geincassserd. Apple zeg niet niets tegen te kunnen en de bank ook niet. Dit is schandalig en Apple pay MOET JE NIET MEER GEBRUIKEN.

I was using a free app. I believe I may have accidentally clicked an upgrade button to super duolingo. I never authorized a charge. Yet apple pay charged a credit card I had on file for $83.99 for accidently touching a button. Never filing out authorization or getting a receipt or notification. I discovered the charge a yr later because I never use apple pay. This system of payment is very corrupt. Be careful what you touch you may be charged a fee.

I accidentally put money into an apple account balance card on Apple Pay that I didn’t even know existed. Apple Pay you need to put more button on that card on Apple Pay because some people don’t have subscriptions to use that for and need groceries In the house. I can’t wait 6 to 8 weeks for my money to come in the mail I need my money on a different card now. This is ridiculous. Either fix Apple Pay and put a transfer to a different card on there or don’t even have the wallet app at all. You’re basically stealing our money if you think about it. So ridiculous!
