Got a three month trial, however my phone had to be reset and I lost the log on password. I can't reset this as it requires my date of birth which isn't being recognised by Apple. Have written to Apple regarding this so many times and received plenty of replies, however they clearly don't read the emails and direct me to password reset. Unfortunately Apple will attempt to take £9.99 at the end of the three months because I can't log in to cancel, rang my bank and instructed them to refuse any requests from Apple. So wasn't impressed at all with Apple and use Spotify, Which is great

Vor einigen Wochen wurden die doch ziemlich interessanten Hörbücher, die ich teils im Archiv gespeichert hatte ausnahmslos und ohne Ersatz aus gelöscht. Einige Hörspiele sind weiter verfügbar.

Bin Applenutzer und soweit eigentlich immer recht zufrieden gewesen. Hatte mich für das Apple Music Abo entschieden, neben der vielen Musik auch wegen der Hörbücher die inclusive waren. Plötzlich waren die meisten Hörbücher nicht mehr abrufbar. Es hiess die Titel sind in meinem Land nicht mehr verfügbar. Nach Rücksprache mit Apple wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Hörbücher in eine extra App ausgegliedert wurden und man nun extra bezahlen muss. Das heisst, ich kaufe ein Produkt aufgrund bestimmter Dienstleistungen und nach dem Kauf werden plötzlich verschiedene zuvor erworbene Dienstleistungen ausgegliedert und man muss plötzlich extra bezahlen!!! Und man hat keine Chance sich vernünftig und Erfolgsversprechend zu beschweren. Als Neuer Abonnenment weiss man ja auf was man sich da einlässt. Aber mit einem Bestandskunden so umzugehen macht einen sprachlos. Apple sollte hier wenigsten Bestandskunden gegenüber „kulant“ sein und das extra Abo für Hörspiele seinen alten Kunden zugestehen und nicht auf so eine Tour extra Geld machen.

Einfach nur klasse! Viel besser, als die üblichen Verdächtigen im Musik-Streaming! EInfach nur toll - diese Mischung aus modernem Musik-Streaming und „normalen“ Alben-Abrufen… Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Non-disclosure of trial period conditions and extremely disappointed. I subscribed the trial period for one evening, but wanted to upgrade for family the next morning. It was not disclosed that this would cancel the trial period and I was immediately charged for a family plan. I tried to reverse this back to the trial for a single and the company refused. I got ripped off of the trial period for non-disclosure. This is not only wrong, but also illegal. I am done with apple music and never even got to try it out. Shame on you Apple Music. There are many other options available. We like your products, but the company does not care about their customers. I even escalated this to a senior manager and that person refused to make it right. The is the kind of support we get after decades of being loyal apple customers. Enough.

I paid Apple for 63 songs and Apple took them away from me without explanation. I bought these songs several years ago using an Apple ID that I have forgotten, and although those songs appear in my Music library, I can no longer play them on my Mac or sync them to my iPhone. Two chats with tech support confirmed that there was no solution to this problem. Meanwhile, I can download Apps that I bought 10 years ago using the same forgotten Apple ID. This is a recent development which I attribute to Apple's effort to get us all to subscribe to Apple Music, but I figure Apple owes me somewhere between $63 and $80, depending on what I paid for those individual songs.
