Bis heuer alles Problemlos doch mittlerweile Katastrophe.. Habe noch nie eine Trustpilot bewertung geschrieben, doch das ist es mir wert... Trotz download lassen sich die songs nicht abspielen, teilweise sogar mit w-lan brechen die lieder ab.. Habe nun ein halbes jahr zugeschaut und bin es leid & werde mir meine 6000 songs nun beim mitbewerber downloaden.. bye bye apple

I received a five month free trial offer of Apple Music after purchasing an electronic product. I clicked the link to claim the offer, filled in my name, email and date of birth, then Apple only offered me a one month free trial offer! I will not be claiming a one month offer when I was promised a five month offer. This is most likely incompetence by Apple, rather than deliberate false advertising, but annoyingly it means they now have my email address. Either way there are plenty of competent companies out there, so I will not be using Apple products or services from now on.

I got my IPhone just about 5 or 6 months ago so I decided to switch from Spotify to apple music just to try it out since they are around the same price. I noticed that it has much less of a community feel compared to Spotify. The way they organize the music is kind of weird. I always get mixed up and confused about which playlist I'm playing. While the design is aesthetically pleasing and somewhat nice to look at, I think I will be switching back to my old music on Spotify.

Be very careful and check your bank statement regularly, in the last 7 days they have withdrew on two occasions 1 months subscription for music I have not requested. The first withdrawal was repaid and on the same day another subscription was taken from the same account, I am now awaiting a second refund.

I moved to another country, changed the region and lost all my music and playlists. It is sooo stupid that they simply destroy all I have added and combined in my carefully curated lists. Without any prior notice. A call to the support center didnt resolve anything as it is an official rule: you move - you lose it all. Also apple music lacks some tracks available in other services. I moved to spotify recently. The only thing I liked about AM was the app interface.

I might be one of the few lads who use Apple Music without having an iPhone. The experience has been positive overall considering how much of a walled-garden they like to make. Android app is good, Web version is also good. Would love to see native apps for windows and linux. They offer lossless audio and Dolby atmos without paying extra but don't offer enough clarity on whether X headphones offer atmos support.

Jeg har i mange år været glad bruger af Apple Music, men de seneste år har det været bundet af fejl. Deres nye Lossless-system og Apple Digital Master har ikke aktiveret, lydkvaliteten har været dårligst, selvom mine indstillinger var sat til de højeste, og mærkelige lyde opstod under lytning. Desuden kunne jeg en periode ikke afspille hentet musik... Meget mystisk. Så på trods af min loyalitet, må jeg altså skifte til Spotify, fejlene er for mange.
