Apple Express is dishonest, or at least my deliverer was: claims to have attempted delivery, that there was no door answer, but every time someone buzzes our door it is logged and NO ONE buzzed today despite their claim that they did. Just a tactic because they couldn't do whet they said they would do: deliver today. Horrible service and untrustworthy.

The worst delivery company ever. They didn't even put my box on my porch and I didn't even see it!

I just had a package recently delivered and this pretentious princess who delivered it sounded like a baby and had the tenacity to use my phone number after and text me that he waited 3 minutes at my door in the rain after he continuously knocking and ringing my door bell, the only thing true was rain. He sent this after I answered the door and told him he needs to give some one time to answer the door as I have 2 babies I was putting down for a nap.

Failed at the most important step, delivering the item to the customer. This seems to be a common fault with this company. What makes it a worse experience (if possible) is their lack of accountability.

After I made my purchase from eBay, DHL handled the shipping from the States, as soon as the parcel showed up in Winnipeg, that's where everything went to shit. Normally two weeks shipping is okay from the States, but for a final destination delivery - it shouldn't take an extra week, countless phone calls as emails, I even got pissy with Customer Service, after they told me they either "lost" or "misplaced" my parcel, I told them to open their eyes and move shit, they'll find it. Gotta be mean with these guys to get them to do something, they'll like little kids who don't understand instructions. I've told them over the phone cops will be involved, and lots of fines be coming their way. Yeah, they didn't sit on their asses very long after getting the hint from me. They actually MOVED to get that parcel out, and my buddy called Customer Service to tell them to tell the delivery driver to call me as soon as he got there (which he did). So in the future, use Dragonfly instead of Apple Express, you'll get your parcels. Now if you excuse me, got a clockspring to install. Thanks.

These guys left my gymshark package outside the entrance of my apartment building which has a shared entrance with a busy inner city cafe. The photos they provided as proof of delivery also clearly show it was left right below the intercom and they did not bother to contact myself or the mail delivery service to have the package securely placed in the building. And I was home all day! As a result my parcel was stolen. I would never use this service especially after seeing many similar bad reviews

I wish I could tell of temu will use apple express for my order so I could just not make the order. They are so slow. (Out for delivery) means some time in the next week. Wish you could pick the delivery service when making the order.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I accidentally had a parcel ship to a wrong address. I caught it early, like two days after ordering it and it was only processing with the shipper so I asked if I could reroute my delivery to the correct address. No. But we could return it to the sender? Okay great. I followed along its tracking journey and as it continued to get closer to being delivered to the wrong house, I would call to confirm that it would be in fact RETURNED. Three separate people promised me it was being returned, but sure enough it was delivered to the wrong address. Tracking information never updated, still showed as processing a return. I know it was delivered, because I received a random message from someone online, sharing a picture of a package containing my PERSONAL INFORMATION - full name and phone number, plus the correct tracking number. Upon trying to contact Apple Express, I was given such a runaround. I was called a liar, accused of being in cahoots with the shipper (like what?), I was told endless amounts of times that I was wrong and that my parcel was being returned. There was no explanation or apology for what had happened until this morning, after waiting on hold for nearly an hour, I was put in contact with someone in charge. She agreed it happened, that it shouldn’t have happened, she told me she was sorry, but then told me “good news! they had retrieved my parcel, it was in their possession and was returning it asap!” However, this was not true. The person who received my delivery had informed me they took it to Canada Post because.. what else are they gonna do with mail that isn’t theirs? Upon hearing this, she basically told me I’m unable to be helped, it’s not their fault and there’s nothing more they could do for me before hanging up. I have never been more appalled by such a transaction and I pray to never have to do business with them again in the future.
