This company is an absolute shitshow. Their couriers simply don’t want to do their jobs. I was waiting for a package from China that, unfortunately, was handed over to this joke of a delivery company. Their courier didn’t even properly attempt to deliver it. He literally called my phone for about three seconds. My phone was right in front of me, I was home, and I could have easily received the package. On top of that, the buzzer number was clearly written on the package, yet the courier never even tried to use it. Instead, he apparently decided he was done working for the day and simply marked the package as “customer refused delivery.” I NEVER refused it. I was literally calling the company, contacting the store’s customer support, and repeatedly asking them to please deliver my package. I even managed to reach their customer service by phone, where I was assured that they would escalate the situation and that my package would be delivered. And guess what happened? They sent it back the very next day. Nobody apologized. Nobody took responsibility. They simply ignored the escalation and sent my package back anyway. Absolutely unacceptable service.

The drivers CANNOT READ ENGLISH AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. THE DISPATCHERS AND SUPERVISORS DO NOT CARE AND WILL NOT HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY SEE NOTHING WRONG THAT A DRIVER CAN'T READ OR FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY UNCARING AND INCOMPETENT

From last 3 Days trying to Reach Customer Support, each time 30-45 Minutes could Not get Support. Would give them ZERO out of 5, last week lost Package, as they left it on Security Desk, Now Can’t found 2nd Delivery😡😡😡😡

This is ridiculous! My package has been out for delivery for a week. Now it's saying it was undeliverable. That is not true they didn't even try to deliver it. This company is garbage.

Two “failed delivery attempts” — nobody ever contacted me Absolutely unacceptable experience with Apple Express. My package was supposed to be delivered on July 28. I stayed home all day waiting for it and had my phone with me the entire time. Later, I discovered that Apple Express had marked the delivery as unsuccessful because I supposedly did not respond. Nobody called me. Nobody contacted me. Nobody attempted to reach me. I have lived at this address for over a year and a half and receive packages here regularly. I have never had this problem with other delivery companies. Drivers can access the lobby, and packages have always been delivered without issue. I called Apple Express immediately on July 28 and explained what happened. They arranged another attempt and specifically assured me that if the driver had any difficulty accessing the building, they would call me, even multiple times if necessary. The second attempt was scheduled for July 30. I stayed home AGAIN and waited for the package. Nobody called. Nobody contacted me. No package was delivered. On July 31, I checked the tracking and, unbelievably, it had AGAIN been marked as a failed delivery because I supposedly did not respond. When I called customer service again, I was told they normally only make two delivery attempts and that my package might now be returned to the sender. So after two “delivery attempts” during which nobody contacted me, I may now have my package returned because I supposedly failed to respond. I asked to file a formal complaint. I asked to speak with a manager. I was told there was no manager available and that one might possibly be available on Tuesday — by which point my package could already be on its way back. I also could not find any clear complaint procedure or complaint email on their website. I only received an email address after calling their customer service number and repeatedly asking where I could submit a complaint. This is one of the worst delivery experiences I have had. Two alleged delivery attempts, zero phone calls, zero actual contact, and then the customer is told the package may be returned because they “didn’t respond.” I would strongly recommend that retailers reconsider using Apple Express as a delivery partner.

Overdue and missing delivery: Apple Express tracking indicates that my parcel should already have been delivered, but I have not received it. I called 1-888-94-APPLE (27753) for assistance and have now been on hold for more than 30 minutes, with no one available to help locate my missing package. This level of service is unacceptable.
