New phone banking security process
This is about Apple Bank's new telephone banking security process. (1) It took more than a week to set up my new number - even the rep in the branch couldn't do it - because of one particular ambiguous question. (2) Now that I have access, I could not complete more than one transaction without having to call back again - and go through the security port again. AI rep did not understand "main menu." (3) After transferring funds, no confirmation number was given, and the AI rep did not understand the question. (4) No email address for contact. I was not going to wait on their phone line again. Wouldn't have complained in public if they had one.
