They're always helpful, friendly and responsive, and they take the time to explain things clearly, right down to the smallest detail, even when I feel like my questions might sound a little silly! 😅 It's reassuring to know there's always someone willing to help. Whenever I've run into an issue or had trouble with a connection, the team has been quick to assist, usually resolving things or providing support within the same day. If something needs further attention, they're also happy to pass it on to the relevant team to make sure it's looked into. Overall, I'm really happy with Link My Books and the service they provide. Integrating Link my books was easy and the online chat assistance is responsive and very helpful. The direct feed into Xero is great as it ensures each item is recorded separately without you having to manually split them out. Still playing around with the system and analytics it offers but so far I am impressed. Would recommend.

Link my Books has helped me integrate my multiple Ebay account to my accounting software. Supports been great in helping me to custom configure so I can split my sales in to UK, EU and ROW which saves me loads of time than a manual spreadsheet. Best bit of software for Ebay users.
