I've had a really positive experience using Link My Books! 😊 Pushing accounting data from Link My Books into Xero has been incredibly smooth, and the platform is so easy to use and navigate, which makes the whole process much simpler. The support team has also been absolutely brilliant. They're always helpful, friendly and responsive, and they take the time to explain things clearly, right down to the smallest detail, even when I feel like my questions might sound a little silly! 😅 It's reassuring to know there's always someone willing to help. Whenever I've run into an issue or had trouble with a connection, the team has been quick to assist, usually resolving things or providing support within the same day. If something needs further attention, they're also happy to pass it on to the relevant team to make sure it's looked into. Overall, I'm really happy with Link My Books and the service they provide. The platform is easy to work with, and the support team genuinely makes a difference. I'd happily recommend Link My Books to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly solution for their e-commerce bookkeeping! 🙌

Integrating Link my books was easy and the online chat assistance is responsive and very helpful. The direct feed into Xero is great as it ensures each item is recorded separately without you having to manually split them out. Still playing around with the system and analytics it offers but so far I am impressed. Would recommend.

Link my Books has helped me integrate my multiple Ebay account to my accounting software. Supports been great in helping me to custom configure so I can split my sales in to UK, EU and ROW which saves me loads of time than a manual spreadsheet. Best bit of software for Ebay users.

Extremely fast customer service response! I needed to finish my setup and had a question, and it was answered so quickly I was able to take care of it within an hour. Very kind and encouraging staff! What an amazing initial experience that makes me feel confident in my choice of bookkeeping help!

We have been using Link My Books for nearly a year now after switching from another company, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business. The software itself offers fantastic value for money, completely simplifying our Amazon and eBay payouts and feeding them perfectly into Xero. It saves us hours of manual accounting work every single month. What truly sets them apart, however, is their customer service. We recently had a complex technical issue that needed sorting out, and their support team was absolutely excellent. They stepped in, understood the problem immediately, and did a great job resolving it quickly and smoothly. If you are looking for a reliable, cost-effective tool to handle your e-commerce bookkeeping, we cannot recommend Link My Books enough!

Made my life so much easier and stress free. My son found this for me as an easy way to merge across my vat from my Amazon selling account and it does exactly that, fantastic and easy to use

Great Product and Service The product is great and saves me so much time, and when I have had an issue, Deb in customer services has been excellent, and kept me informed. Cannot fault the product or service, would highly recommend

Set everything up with 4 different platform. Screwed up all the accounting in quickbooks. Waste of time
