I purchased a FundingPips evaluation account and traded according to the rules to the best of my knowledge. After some time, my account was permanently banned because the company claimed there had been a policy violation involving third-party participation. I contacted FundingPips support multiple times and respectfully asked for a detailed explanation and the evidence used to reach this decision. Unfortunately, I only received general responses stating that the decision was final. No specific evidence or detailed explanation was provided. I understand that every prop firm has the right to enforce its policies. However, I believe customers also deserve transparency, especially when such a serious decision results in a permanent ban and loss of access to their account. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience. I hope FundingPips improves its communication, review process, and transparency so that future customers receive clear explanations and fair treatment.
