Bad costumer service 1st I talk to an agent and cant answer my question then he transferred me to his senior Emmanuel. Emmanuel responded too slow and he even leave me hanging without answering my questions. Very poor customer service.

Title: Most cluttered and worst screen layout ever!Match Trader has an incredibly frustrating and cluttered interface. It feels like they have served 56 different dishes on a single plate, telling you that if anything mixes, they will take the plate away! The settings are completely messed up—trying to fix one thing completely disturbs another. To make it worse, when you rotate the screen on mobile, everything disappears except the chart. There isn't even half the screen space left to analyze the chart properly. Choosing this platform based on AI advice was a huge mistake. I purchased a FundingPips evaluation account and traded according to the rules to the best of my knowledge. After some time, my account was permanently banned because the company claimed there had been a policy violation involving third-party participation. I contacted FundingPips support multiple times and respectfully asked for a detailed explanation and the evidence used to reach this decision. Unfortunately, I only received general responses stating that the decision was final. No specific evidence or detailed explanation was provided. I understand that every prop firm has the right to enforce its policies. However, I believe customers also deserve transparency, especially when such a serious decision results in a permanent ban and loss of access to their account. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience. I hope FundingPips improves its communication, review process, and transparency so that future customers receive clear explanations and fair treatment.

I requested a withdrawal of just $100 and was told it would take 3–4 days. Because of this delay, the week is basically lost due to the weekend, and I can’t trade at all. The issue is not the money — it’s the process and lack of clear communication before purchase. Traders should be aware of this before choosing this prop firm.

Went through two phases, a week ago. Sent a letter about frequent IP address changes after 2 days of checking. Explained myself by replying to their letter. Promised to give me an account. Akk went to rnboarding mode was counting down 48 hours.
