I was prescribed a treatment plan and when asked to refill a medication within a month of a follow up visit they- wanted me to PAY for another follow up visit. No new concerns just a REFILL. The "care co ordinators" will prevent you from accessing the doctor by forcing you to pay for a follow up visit. Price gouging at best- going to find a proper dermatology clinic instead.

It was so easy to get in touch with a Dermatologist who will give you the prescribed medications you need for your treatment. I just got my prescriptions a week ago and I can't wait to be see the results after 3 months. So far so good.

Same as other people have reported- The order never shipped, despite being charged. They are generating USPS shipping labels that never have an item scanned in for transit at any USPS location. The tracking provided indicates a label was created and USPS is awaiting the item. After multiple business days no item has been scanned in at any USPS drop off location or location on the way in transit. The Apostrophe customer service says to contact USPS. USPS says the shipper never delivered an item to be shipped. If the item was delivered for shipment it would have been scanned at the drop-off location, or any location in transit. Customer support is refusing to help or do anything and defaults to "if you need more detailed status information you'll have to contact the shipping carrier". Contacting customer support has gone nowhere. Horrible $150 rip-off experience. Not worth the risk, just go to a dermatologist.

It’s really easy to use! I also love not having to wait for three months to get an appointment for an in person visit with a dermatologist. I appreciate they consider what you would like in your treatment as well.
