It was super easy to create an account and get an appointment set up with a dermatologist. I was able to choose a date quickly to virtually meet with my dermatologist, Chelsea, and she was so kind and understanding. I then received my medications only a couple days later! The whole process has been smooth from start to finished.

Yesterday was my first day and I love how when I received the product it had easy directions and the actual prescription description along with what I was prescribed. I also got the cutest stickers along with it. I am going to take a progress photo every day to see the process and best communicate with my dermatologist about my experience after the first 3 months.

I recently left NurX because my prescription was due for a renewal, and it had not been approved for over 3 weeks. All I was told was that they had a surplus of requests to fulfill and someone would get to it as soon as they could. Once I ran out of my medication, I decided to get a refund for my renewal fee, and try another company. Apostrophe was listed on Google, so I figured I would give it a try. I'm so happy I did, and actually a little disappointed that I hadn't found them first. The entire process was so fast and easy. Not to mention cheaper. I got my prescription in and it was even packaged all cute with little stickers. Bonus points because I was able to get 3 months worth in one shipment, and it made me feel more at ease (since I had already ran out of my prescription before.) After I got my prescription in the mail, I even got a text asking to confirm that I had received it! It's just been a really good experience for me so far 🩷
